My front hose was turned on overnight by a random guy, which then burrowed a hole under the house and filled up the crawlspace overnight. Took us 3 days of pumping to get it all out. Had to use that water for the next week to water the front and backyard
This is so claustrophobic i haye it, its amazing ppl like you exist who are willing to go down there in such a cramped space Good thing this is not a thing in my country so i dont gotta worry about that any time soon phew
I'd be scared to enter crawlspaces thinking the client or perhaps my coworker wouldn't let me out. This is what happens when you watch too much true crime 😂
Can I just say you are a hugely respectable man in what you do. I just watched a few of your videos and you are LEAGUES more mature than this one other CSC channel who make jokes about the appearance of crime scenes, like one they called a "leaky mermaid" because of how the individual died on their bed and decomposed into the mattress. I think what they do is amazing but how the present it is terrible and not respectable in the slightest. You however, are incredible how you clean up horrifying messes for families suffering tragedy and also stay extremely respectable about it. Please, don't ever stop being you or what you do for others!
I used to have a house with no crawl space, and I had no clue what a crawl space was. So when I moved, found the entrance to the craw space and got to see inside one for the first time! (I didn’t go in, and I don’t want to, although I don’t have claustrophobia, which I feel is more rare to not have the to have.)
Question 2: OUT OF PURE CURIOSITY, are you and/or the company able to sue the home owner for things such as falling through a broken floor, or do you sign a waver/contract for a 3-5 lvl hoarding cleanup?
Can you tell me how I can get into crime scene cleaning as a career? Ive thought about it for a long time and ive confirmed that its the exact type of odd job I really want to do.
So since moisture does get through the suit how do you go about your break down process after breathing in certain things and coming in contact with unknown fluids? I’d imagine you don’t use a normal body wash do you? Or do you mix in green soap or something 😂?
I work in crawlspaces almost every day I do remodel plumbing and used to hate it but now I’ve come to like it, whenever I’m not working I’m already laying down it’s nap time
does it pay well? If so, good thing I like horror movies, because I think I found my way to pay through college. if not, how tf are they not paying yall good when your seing that stuff so often???
I had a question, have you or any co-workers fallen in the floor from a 3-5 level hoarding? I've seen on yt the structure is so bad, thay the floor broke on them.
I have experience with those places, as the ceiling was missing a tile, and my cats managed to get up there very often. We would end up having to try to lure them out until eventually we just didn’t let our cats there. So yeah, I’ve been in those.
Here where it snows we have basements not crawl spaces the reason for that is so the basement goes underneath the frost line and if our plumbing wasn't 8 ft down then it would freeze but in warmer climates crawl spaces are more normal and water lines are only buried a couple feet down
I hope with all of that water, you turn off the electrical. It would be hard to predict what kind of wiring might be in a crawl space that could harm you.
