I knew jaspal ji .my wife and he were in same office in chandigarh. We used to meet occasionally in market.He had very keen observation.He was great satirist specially attacking system of politics and bureacracy Most govt officers were afraid of his group. There was another serial office office But Bhatti was one of best soft comedian and satirist Very softly he attacked vices in various sections His way of expressing issues was hilarious and educative It is sad he went too early in a car crash
