yessss i've been loving this band ever since i listened to hold on

everything about this is stunning. the colours, the dancing, even the tiny details like the little paper birds and party hats. i'm so proud to support this band and what they create, and i can't wait to watch everyone discover them. they deserve all the success and recognition in the world.

i subscribed originally for top and panic but they've introduced me to so many small, underground bands that deserve more attention. i love discovering new music

I wonder what the story is here. A young boy stumbles upon an island spirit. It let's him into it's sacred area on the island. Usually it guards it, but it's getting lonely and wants someone else to help it so it lets him in. After awhile of showing him around, it converts him into an island spirit too. And they guard the island together. Or she's an alien or something

I've been trying to pick up the story from this video but I keep having trouble..I started thinking maybe the girl is a personification/allegorical figure of emotions/the heart and the boy is simply (albeit a bit hesitantly and slowly) following his heart and the emotions he feels, to the point where it takes him to new places that he wouldn't have been to otherwise?? and then when his eyes turned pink with hers, he truly, fully gave into what he feels and the idea of following his heart completely??? idk that's the only story I could get from watching it a million times. I know there is a narrative in the video beyond the surface of what's going on.. I just can't quite comprehend it.

This is one of those songs where I wish it was longer but it's perfect just the way it is, including duration/length of the song, and if anything were to be changed, it wouldn't feel _right_ anymore... but I still wish it was longer against my better judgement.
