'Shirk' not a sin, shirk is a way of associating partners (not figuring God almighty) the only God, to be worshiped, hoped for, fate, worship, prayer, and reasons for deeds (rewards - sins). Then the claim of creator of the world, as the nature of the most almighty, and the nature of the most praiseworthy. Then those reasons make a kind of shirk. Like drawing animate creatures (rivalling God in creating living creation), may we be safe from all polytheism/shirk, then repent from sins (some sins are bleached in hell first) but after giving creed, converting to Islam, it is important to worship God, fulfill the (iman)believing pillars, and islam pillars. May our life not be missed, may our life fulfill it all. We hopefull we dont end up in the hereafter with not enough. Trying to find, study, do good deeds for a safe afterlife. May we always ask Him for guidance, take refuge in Him from going astray, and ask Him for forgiveness from all our mistakes. Hadith: [Prophet Muhammad said: "Whoever bears witness that there is no god but Allah, alone with no partner, and that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger, that 'Isa is the slave and Messenger of Allah, and His word which He communicated to Maryam, and a spirit from Him; and that Paradise is true and Hell is true, Allah will certainly admit him into Paradise, regardless of the deeds which he has done." The Ruling of Drawing Pictures or Cartoons The original ruling for this problem can be found in a hadith of the Prophet PBUH: مَنْ صَوَّرَ صُورَةً فَإِنَّ اللهَ مُعَذِّبُهُ حَتَّى يَنْفُخَ فِيهَا الرُّوحَ وَلَيْسَ بِنَافِحَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا "Whoever makes pictures, will be punished by Allah till he puts life in it, and he will never be able to put life in it." Sahih al-Bukhari (2225) In another narration, it states: كُلُّ مُصَوِّرِ فِى النَّارِ يَجْعَلُ لَهُ بِكُلِّ صُورَةٍ صَوَّرَهَا نَفْسًا فَتُعَذِّبُهُ فِي جَهَنَّمَ "All the painters who make pictures would be in the fire of Hell. The soul will be breathed in every picture prepared by him and it shall punish him in the Hell," Sahih Muslim (3945) and Imam Ahmad in his Musnad Right after that, Ibnu Abbas said: إِنْ كُنْتَ لا بُدَّ فَاعِلًا فَاصْنَعْ الشَّجَرَ وَمَا لَا نَفْسَ لَهُ "If you have to do it at all, then paint the pictures of trees and lifeless things;" Drawing creatures is the most heavy 'shirk', "Allah said, 'Who are most unjust than those who try to create something like My creation?" (Sahih al-Bukhari 7559) That is mean drawing is "shirk" to rival God in creating creation (living creature) Shirk in islam means ascribing a partner/ rival to Allah in lordship. Al-'Aini said: "Drawing any living creature (carving of idols) is prohibited, for it is worshipped in the times of the Jahiliyyah. It is prohibited even if it has no shadow or do not consist of matter (referring to drawings and paintings), to close the doors of misdeeds." Refer 'Umdah al-Qari Syarh Sahih al-Bukhari (18/162) All these prohibitions are in the form of Sad al-Zari'ah (closing the doors of misdeeds) in fear that it could be an object of worship and harming our belief. Whoever died in shirk will be in hell forever “indeed, Allah does not forgive the sin of syirk, and he forgives the sin other than that for whom he wills” (annisa 48)
Fun fact: If you click at all during ‘Let Go’, Florence will stop in place, Krish will catch up and the chapter title will reappear. When you let go, she starts walking again. You can only progress in the game once you *physically* let go of the mouse, which I think is beautiful and hit me hard when I was playing it.

This is probably the most realistic game I’ve ever seen, like the way they treat the relationship is exactly how it can go in real life. Neither of them wanted it to end but at some point there’s nothing you can do to save the relationship.
Her art business taking off immediately is the most unrealistic part of this game 😂 but this was wonderful! The visual storytelling with the gameplay is done so well, it was like an interactive comic.
Tbh I will never consider being an artist as a career or a main career It's a hit or miss literally But I want to improve my skills to get some money out of posting it on Instagram
I HOPE DOESN'T SOUND MEAN ( it isn't meant to ;-;) but I do think art BUSINESSES are quite well needed, and they ARE IN DEMAND (high) and also she did grow overtime and ofcourse joined the art community, it didn't show that she was the best or above others but rather exceptional (in the sense she's flawed and took the step). I would've appreciated a bit more length-extentsion (and depth) to it but I think the storyline is wonderful and engaging, in that sense it's pretty much PERFECT I'm sorry if this sounded offensive but the things the story covered, I think ARE ALOT to me, and things I've ran over my mind a hundred times to be more passionate about learning Arabic and delving into Quranic Sciences I'm in awe of it but afraid I'll be never enough in the community(world/ummah). For me atleast it was a perfect length story to get a hold of myself while relating to alot of lessons I've learned through meeting new people preaching what I love and those who hurt it (unintentionally). A BUNCH OF LOVE TO THE CREATOR OF THIS VIDEO, AND GAME OFCOURSE, it was lovely and INSPIRING/////
I see a lot of people talking about Florence, but personally, I relate to Krish. Not just as a musician, but in how the academy made it difficult for him to stay passionate. When you stop doing it for fun, and it becomes this competition and a “job” inside of school, the music becomes less of a passion and more of a frustration (trying to make a good grade). I went through this, too, and it’s very hard to go through, because you want to love it again, but you struggle to *make* yourself love it. But even when you go through the phase that Florence was in at the beginning of the game, where you’ve set it aside and gone on to live out a more “realistic” adult life, you never stopped loving it deep down. And, eventually, you’ll hopefully find the inspiration to pick it back up and follow your dreams again.
Same, it's not music for me though but teaching. Teaching had always been the dream and my passion but the job itself becomes super exhausting leading to burnouts, you suffer physically, emotionally, and mentally. With little pay, too much work and very little appreciation, I just want to give up. But also I cant dream of pursuing another career. I work very hard for my students and sometimes I do get their appreciation but most of the times I feel tired from the indiscipline. I feel helpless most of the time. And I really really want to quit. Waking up daily to go teach feels like a task that I am forced to do with 0% motivation.

The soundtrack actually made me tear up. You can notice throughout that florence is reflected in the piano while krish is in the strings, especially when it becomes discordant during their fighting. Really leads me to wonder about the jumble of strings at the very end of the game
Am I mistaken or do the strings start back up again at the very end? I was hoping to see more of the yellow music waves, but maybe this means he found his passion again too.
i think the strings showing up at the end are kind of just how he is/was a part of her life and so it shows how he changed her (got her that water color palette she picked up to start painting again. getting over the breakup helped her get back into art, etcetc) her finding her passion again might not have been possible without him (even if the relationship didn't work out)
Man I teared up a lil watching this, I love how real it felt. As an artist, losing my passion or turning it into something I see as a chore rather than a hobby, is something I really fear. probably gonna play this for myself now lmao. I'm always exited for dish playing story games, she always has such wise insight
Fr I was too good of an artist when I was a kid, which made ppl shocked everytime But I lost the passion and I rarely do art Eventhough it's fun sometimes, I still don't feel like "omg I'm so excited to draw" anymore And I hate it
If I'd have to hazard a guess, I'd say that the argument before the breakup was due to the lack of passion. Krish was hitting a routine with his music, and Florence let her job destroy her enthusiasm for painting. The argument probably involved Krish being upset because Florence doesn't follow her passion anymore, who's kinda venting because he's having a hard time doing something he's losing his own passion for. Naturally, Florence would counter that she'd love to do what Krish is doing, buy can't because she NEEDS her job right now. I'm only able to think this far because I see a LOT of myself in Florence, and am dealing with a situation not unlike hers right now... ._. (I really love the music, and it turns out the composer is none other than Kevin Penkin. That's proper awesome, dood.)
i thought the same thing! i also believe she probably countered that even if she did what he was doing, it could kill the passion more like it was doing for him. regardless, good luck managing this situation yourself! im sure it will work out in the end
The puzzle pieces being Florence's dialogue hit really hard, because I have the same issues with conversation. Also, listening to ms dish talking about how love gets sweeter with time was really sweet.
12:35 gave me instant tears. something about having your dream be a reflection of you smiling while, currently, being in a moment of your life where you don't feel that kind of happiness hits very hard. this trruly was like putting together the pieces of a film i loved it.

Started to sob as soon as she saw herself in the mirror with color- I havent drawn in years, since 2019. I lost a part of myself but recently its slowly been rekindling from little sparks of inspiration here and there. Im hoping one day I can start drawing and painting again 🖤

What I’ve noticed as well inthe passage at like 10:30 it’s that the bubbles used to be of the colors of his shirt, as if she arranged her talk to please the ones she interactes with, but at 11:02 it’s her own color, being comfortable enough to find and be herself kinda? At 25:36 I also like how the bubbles are not discernable, as if it were the case since in arguments everything is messy and chaotic Maybe I’m a bit overinterpreting but I like it xD
No I think ur analyzing jus the right amount! I didn’t notice the colors matching his shirt then her shirt until I was editing this. Such a good detail
(re: messy and chaotic, indiscernible arguments) Yeah, one time I was having an argument with my brother, and he left the room, so we started texting which ended up helping to communicate better. Writing makes you think more carefully about what you intend to say, and you have to take time to read what they wrote. So instead of talking over each other, you actually listen. It made the conversation less charged and reactive & more constructive and reasonable.
Art (of all kinds) really does change your life like this. I've been a writer for longer than I can even remember, and I swear that nothing is more innately human than art. For pretty much everything we do in our everyday lives, we have to rely on language and math, and those are fundamental to society-- but when you make ART, real art, it totally transcends words and numbers. You can understand art on a level that's beyond anything you learn by living; it's the transferring of concepts from subconscious to subconscious. You don't have to think about what you're looking at; you just know. That's why we cry at things we don't consciously think of as sad, and why we attach to media we don't entirely understand. You DO understand it, deep down in your soul, in a place where language doesn't exist, just your inherent humanity. That's art.

This game reminds me a lot of one of my favorite movies, La La Land It follows the same kind of plot, where two people meet up, date for a while and help eachother discover their passions and achieve their dreams, but ultimately don't stay together through to the end, and its probably the most beautiful movie I've ever seen. It's stylized and it has beautiful scenery and shots and music and nothing goes to waste, not one shot, line, set piece, anything. In my book, it's perfect, and is just as emotional and beautiful and heart wrenching as this game, I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it. And if you have seen it, watch it again.
I feel this deeply! I had friends hate this movie because it was not a happy ending but I appreciated it because it’s more like life, and I, too, have had those relationships where you’re not meant to end up in, but they spark something in you. I wonder if there’s a name for this type.
I really agree with both of you! I love La La Land BECAUSE they don't end up together but they help each other grown and learn. And in the end,they don't hate each other- they meet again after many years,see each other and smile.
I cried while watching you play this game. It hits so close to home especially seeing her work at job she didn’t care about. And having to see Krish slowly fade from her life. It was so sad to see her fall in love and fall out of love with Krish. The beautiful thing about it was that she finally pursued her passion for art in the end. She gained, but lost something in return. Her fallout gave her the inspiration to follow her heart.
I analyzed this game for one of my media classes. The assignment was to pick any thing u wanted to talk about. The conversation puzzles were ones of my favourite parts of the games. It is so natural in the way that the game presents itself. The newer the relationship the harder it is to fill the conversation but as u get to know one another better, the conversation becomes smoother and more natural hence the puzzle pieces just fall into place
I remember playing this game a few years ago when I was younger and didn’t fully understand all the nuances and themes. Now that I’m mature, this game feels like a shot through my heart
As someone who has been in a relationship with someone I know for 11 years now, with great communication, it breaks my heart to see couples arguing but not talking it out afterward. My girlfriend and I argue (mainly because we are both neurodivergent with mental illnesses) but we talk after we fight, go back on why we said such things and what our goals in the situation were. It helps but it takes effort. Sometimes it's beneficial to make that effort and other times it's not but ending the relationship in a fight is IMO not the way to go. Glad to see she kept the picture as a bittersweet memory.
i like to think that at the part when they're arguing before the breakup and it's just one piece they aren't thinking about what they're saying, and they're like saying things they dont really mean but they're just emotional yk? like the more puzzle pieces there are the more time it took to think of what to say.
one thing i love watching dish's game playthrough is that she always noticed a lot of things and made a lot of amazing remarks when playing em. her choices of words were all nicely used and sometimes actually widened my way of thinking of the game situation itself, it's pretty frustrating watching someone who played the game almost only trying to make the content without trying to understand the storyline, wish you could make more vids of this kind of games in the future ! it made me teared up for sure especially how every little details actually matters
Yes! So many other Let´s player often don´t even really read the dialogue or are invested in the story and it often frustrated me but she played it really well :)
The drifting apart chapter was like a punch to the gut for me. Funnily enough my bf is a hobby musician and I'm a hobby painter and I feel like we both also kind of lost a lot of the passion we once had for our respected hobbies so the story hits even harder. I feel like my boyfriend and I have been drifting apart for the last year and a half or so and it seems like there's nothing I can do about it so even though it's not what I want, I know that our relationship is not going to make it. I just know that I will (have to) be the one to pull the plug and I'm not ready to let go just yet. We've had nothing but good times over the last five years, didn't even fight but I guess that just happens in life sometimes.
Maybe it seems like this at the time, but maybe it isn’t, things can change for the better or for the worse *very* quickl, even more quickly than we can even imagine,so maybe you two will get closer again and will find passion in your hobbies again, or maybe not, I just hope you’ll do what you think it’s best for both of you to be happy-
Wow this hit close to home. I recently got out of a relationship and our communication was horrible and we stayed attatched through both of our passion (art), just like it shows in this game. I love how they don't keep her sad or make her go into another relationship, and instead she continues to find her art independantly. When he left it may have hurt, but It helped me to find myself, such a beautiful game.
Everyone probably noticed...but I really love how everytime Krish's puzzle pieces came together and he would say something, the music/sound that came out was a cello melody because he plays the cello (I think). (With Florence's sound being the piano showing her delicate yet powerful personality.) I also totally agree with what you said at the end! The relationship wasn't just for love on its own, but for bringing her passion back.. I also respect how the whole purpose wasn't just romance even if I love romance a lot haha-
Ms dish, I’m currently watching a series called Blue Period and I’m obsessed. Idk if you’ve seen it but it reminded me of you and thought you’d like it. The protagonist shared the mindset you also battled that says art is a talent and you’re either born with it or not. He eventually falls in love with art and powers through with hardwork to make up for his lack of in born talent.

I think the names are so cute. Krish is probably a shortened version of Krishna, who's the Hindu god of love and compassion, and Florence is likely drawn from Florence, Italy, which was the art capital of the world in the Renaissance.
You missed one point. Krishna used to play the flute. Here Krish plays the cello. Moreover, since you pointed out, I guess the love between Krish and Florence is very much akin to the love between Krishna and Radha, who themselves separate out at the end but their love, affection and devotion is something that's eternal.
What REALLY hits me hard is that even though they're totally different, Krish (When he's struggling & with the beard) looks so much like my dad (who left when I was 6 due to mental health issues) And my dad played the same instrument Krish plays. Legit almost cried.
I remember a quote saying that some relationships are lifetimes and some are like sunrises- they are brief, bringing light and joy to our lives, and we have to let them go when they run their course. Their relationship strikes me as a sunrise.
I've been with my partner for two years, and I actually had a reoccurring fear that I would fall out of love because it might've just been excitement, and to this day i still get a little scared of that but I think it shows something that its slowly going away, so maybe that fear is just because I don't want to lose someone again
I had a relationship like that, and it really changed me afterwards. It really helped me open up to people. And art, because I am very passionate about art. I really related to that for some reason..I cried in the end.

All dish said at the end is so True... im dating my girlfriend for 3 years now and ive passed thru a really dificult phase just now, and after passasing thru this, and a lot of other things we did, i think, at least i want, for us to be together for a really long time. I really feel like ouro relationship beggined for real last year, and im determined to make it go longer for more 4, 5, 6, 7, 8... 10 years and more if im capable of and if she wants to still be with me for that long.
The soundtrack throughout this game was so entrancing and set the mood for each scene. Curiosity took over and to my surprise I found that Kevin Penkin was involved in creating the music for this game and it clicked as to why it all felt so familiar. Really am fan of Kevin Penkin's works but I was very pleased when discovering he was part of creating this wonderful experience.
My guess for why They broke up is that Krish turning to become a professional cellist put a lot of stress into His passion, at the start He's playing simple songs and enjoying it, but after starting to study, with the pressure to get those complicated songs right, He began to stumble, making music stopped being easy, and with the need to be better than He was before this became a stressor, He began blaming Florence, She was who pushed Him to chase His degree, and even 'tho She clearly meant well, He lost sight of this among the feeling that inside He knew He wasn't ready for it, despite it all Their relationship was overall something positive, at least for Florence, We don't know what happened to Krish but I hope He eventually found His passion again, for Florence something was left of His influence, something She didn't find, that She didn't discard in the heartbreak, and with eyes unclouded She saw it was valuable to Her, it inspired Her and set Her in a new path in life, like She once did for Him, and that's why She treasured that photo, maybe She'll never see it again, maybe She doesn't get why or how, but Krish accompanies Her still, that's what love does, it mars You, it changes You, destroys You, You nigh-become one with other people and by the time You separate You don't remember what was Yours before, and it's up to this new You to find what to make out of this collection of broken, assorted treasures.
I think its good that they didn't end up together. Because the relationship was a bit one sided. With Florence's dreams beings tucked away and not even talked about
@@TheLoveMiku i'm not sure if it was intentional, but i noticed that it was just a simple children's paint palette with only a few colors. he knows she likes art, but doesn't get into it deeply like she does with his music.
I think it would be so cute if Krish appeared in the exposition of Florence's art and they had a healthy conversation without dating again, meaning they don't work as a romantic pair, but not meaning she is forbidden of seeing him as a friend or vice versa. It's just my interpretation, if you think they wouldn't work as friends after breaking up it's your interpretation too :)
Theres a saying that goes something like "Dont be sad that their gone, be happy for the time they were there." And i think that works on a lot of reasons for this.
The surprising thing about watching this is that I only cried during that last photo montage, of her starting her art career, especially the picture of "First Prize". That was the only time i started crying. I love this game.
I was literally thinking to myself "this is so cute, but probably wouldn't happen in my city..." only to see that its based in Melbourne, Australia, my city! 😂😅
I really loved the ending. I'm actually really glad they didn't end up back together, I think more media needs to remember that happiness can exist without romance. It's about the self.

This was a hard but beautiful watch, way too close to reality for me. Just like being from Aus, an aspiring artist and being in a relationship where he inspires me to create. I cried watching this because i cannot imagine my life without him, but I think about these possibilities sometimes since we're young. We-re 18, so it'll definitely take some effort from both sides in the future to make it work long-term (dw we're so happy) But i think we are both prepared for that and I am super excited to grow along side him :) For context, its our 3 year anniversary in December!
I am happy for you and this is reading so much like a time capsule of my 18yo self (only difference being I'm from Germany) so I needed to comment on it! (I'm sorry for the length... ;w;) I am 24 now and I'm happy to report it's our 9 year anniversary in December also :) We have definitely also worried about growing apart "because we are still young" or because we needed to study in different cities (that part is almost done!~) but we've always made sure to talk about these things, even if sometimes difficult. There were times when it was really scary and I thought it was finally happening, that I was losing interest and I got really sad about it (oh the irony). I stressed about it so much at some point that I had a hard time being in the moment with him anymore. Luckily I learned that it is normal to experience varying levels of affection for your partner from time to time (and things like anxiety can affect it too) and by leaning into the discomfort of that provoking thought I managed to let it go, and before I knew it there were waves of strong affection again. So stressing about it too much all the time can become unhealthy at some point too, and I wasn't expecting that something like this could happen. So I thought I would point out that weird, unexpected conflicts might happen, even if just within yourself, and it does not necessarily mean your love is doomed (assuming you are in a non-toxic, otherwise healthy relationship of course). Growing up can be a roaller coaster but tackling it as a team will only strengthen your bond. I have a bad habit of writing too much, so long story short, while you can never truly know what the future holds, it is absolutely possible to stay in a long term relationship even if you started dating at 15. I think you've got just the right mindset by communicating openly and both expecting and being willing to be working on the relationship as issues come up. Growing alongside each other will be a beautiful, unique experience and I am wishing both of you a beautiful anniversary and all the best for the future :)

I wish it was even longer haha We actually just graduated high school and we finish our last exam on Monday, and i am so so excited to spend my gap year with him CREATING. He is a creative like me, making art and music, which is such a beautiful thing to share with a partner and we are both excited to work on some projects as well as do an animation course together! (just as a hobby) We are also both studying in our home city since luckily the courses we want to study are avaliable here, and i feel so blessed. Plus his campus is a 3 minute walk from mine??? Cant get closer than that. And If you'd like to know, he's hoping to be a journalist and me, a part time artist, plus some artisty job at a gallery or something. Haven't fully thought it through yet, thats what my gap year is for i guess! Anyways, its so amazing to hear you and your partner have been together so long and seem to have great communication, that is what im hoping for. Thank you for giving me something so nice to read before i go to bed, I was feeling a bit stressed. I wish you and your partner a lot of love and happiness and happy early anniversary!
@@Yumenoki99 And thank you for your artist advice! I will definitely keep that in mind. Although, i have already figured out that I do NOT work well when i am making art to impress others. Through school or an art page on instagram, i always find i make the best art when it is truly just for me, through my own artistic process. I do find however, the pressure of an assignment makes it easier to push myself to make more developed art (and in an impressively short time frame due to procrastination) but i am determined to find ways to get that drive elsewhere, since now i know i can do it. I believe with drive AND no time restriction, i don't even know the cool art i am capable of creating.
I love how the story is told using only music and art. There are a couple instances of words here or there, but the actual narrative isn't told with words; it's only using a blend of the two lovers' mediums. Music and art coming together to enhance an intertwined tale.
its so odd watching this game come around again. played this back right after i broke up a very meaningful relationship kinda hoping for it to comfort me, knowing just a bit of the premise. i felt a bit empty at the end of my first playthrough. seeing this again a few years later the part that most resonates with me is the connection with her mom being reestablished after the breakup, its so odd how much growth i can see now that time has passed. thanks for the nostalgia trip.
this was a beautiful peace of art. and yeah idk how I feel about krish's loss of motivation. oftentimes we're told to make what we love our job, but part of me thinks the reason I love my hobbies is because they're not my job. for his passion in particular, it's kinda hard to be a creative musician when your livelihood, education/future, depends on it

Tiny but probably noticeable detail: Florence is often characterized by piano, while Krish is characterized by cello! Just a cute little thing I loved watching this. The use of color and the lack thereof throughout as great as well.

Omllll I cried so much from how much I could relate to this.. in different ways than meant to. I don’t really want to go into detail, there’s a vast amount of things to tell, but it’s a really good game. The artwork is adorable and the music is stunning. It’s really easy to relate to the story too. There are a lot of ways to interpret this, and that’s a really cool aspect of the game.

I don’t know if you’ve ever played “unpacking” but it’s a really great game. Maybe two days of streaming to finish. There’s achievements you can get that make the game fun to play more than once as well. If you end up playing it I’d love to see it here on youtube (bc somehow, even with notifications on, I always miss your streams on twitch 😭😭)
I was sobbing, i started reading the comments, and i started sobbing even more. This game is great, but i guess it doesnt even feel like a "game", it feels like a mini movie kinda thing. I love it. And fun thing, i dont know if its just me, but this reminded me of La La Land at some point.. i dont know really.
this game made me cry. it hits so close to home; my crush plays the cello (i play the violin) and i’m an artist. the soundtrack is beautifully and whenever that stupid cello started playing i just burst into tears 😭 this game really brought something out of me and i hate and love it at the same time.
I don't see many people saying this (I don't know if I'm just not looking hard enough), but I really appreciated watching you play through this. I've never watched any of your videos or streams before, and I don't know who you are, but I felt very comforted watching this. The mood you made was wonderful, thank you for playing through it and posting this! 😊
I genuinely started sobbing when I watched this. I’m very privileged that my family supports me wanting to make art and go to art uni, but I think that also created an immense amount of pressure on me. I think it’s important to support young people and children regardless what they want to do in life, but sometimes if it’s done too much and to an extreme level, where parents or teachers show great praise for the smallest of achievements, it can make the person set impossibly high expectations for themselves and break down when they don’t meet those expectations. It’s really hard to regain the passion for something you used to love and I’m still not fully there yet, but I think that this is definitely something worth the time and effort.
That's quite realistic! What a good story telling! The only thing I wish they add the struggle starting art, it's not always that smooth they should've add the part when she almost thinking to quit and she find the reason for her to stay!
Your definition of love at the end was beautiful. I really needed to hear that! It is true the excitement at the beginning of a relationship gets so glorified. I‘ve always wondered what comes after *if* it works out. And how know or to not make it fail. I‘m not that worried anymore now. Thanks! :)
not me sobbing thru the whole video. too many similarities to my own life. and im hoping ive found my passion again like at the end, but im only one week in so its too early to call it 😅
us artists will always suffer because we need suffering to fuel our creations. it’s kinda beautiful that we have to feel beauty of another kind to lose it and remember the beauty we always had in our disposition. i do this over and over again in relationships except i don’t lose passion but they always do and ive come to terms with the beauty of gaining again being worth feeling love for a while and crashing down harder. we get to experience love AND have stronger passion every time why wouldn’t i dive head first everyday single time. suffering and struggling artists for a reason.

I love this game, I have brought it more then once (reasons). I have never really thought about how Florance is mostly focusing on her boyfriend while they are together. He is working towards his dream and does show support for her dream. But everything she draws is him when they are together, which is probably why the relationship cannot workout, she is not cultivating her own wishes while spending so much on another person, while he is able to do both. :)
I've often let other things become more important than creating. There's always that possibility for passion- but routines can really press a person away from following their passion whether from fear, financies, or insecurity. We hold ourselves back so often and spiral into a cycle of avoidance and guilt. I need to make art again. I've said this millions of times...but what really keeps us from doing what we love besides survival
Love that Florence's mom is supportive of her being an artist. My parents back then aren't fully supportive of me being an artist because they chose for me to study at pre-med school. But they said to me once I pass board exams, I'll pursue my artist life and they'll support me no matter what. Of course I don't what it to be a chore because it would make my life dull, instead I'll bring life to it to make me and others happy!
