Does anyone else use this video as a way to heal and cope with difficult things? I always find myself coming back to this when I need to feel comforted.
You are so on the money there Bam. My mother said as a young self, I looked like i was ethereal as if i was not from this earth. She is a force to be reckoned wiith.
@@laalzeboo I saw her live last month at the o2 and even managed to hold her hand when she came right into the arena! It was magical, she's brilliant live!
that's crazy, so talented that mic gives her power :) recorded sounds worse, she is so perfect master that feeling, always sings way u can't complain even one second. I am bowing down

what is truly extraordinary is the fact she's able to sing live for over an hour and maintain strength control in her voice. she's remarkable. passion is in every chord she sings
2022, still get goosebumps on this, her voice is what I would imagine angels would sound like. her soft spoken voice during interviews, and the power of it during performances are so out of this world
I love that looking in comment sections about Florence Welch you’ll rarely find someone saying something bad about her as a person or her singing and her art. Some people do focus on her appearance saying that she looks strange or old or whatever, but you know what, beauty looks different to everyone. To me, she always looks like this forest nymph or maybe like someone who belongs in the victorian era. She’s unforgettable.
THIS IS FLORENCE AND THE MACHINE.... THE WHOLE CONCERT. COME CHECK THIS AMAZING MUSIC ARTIST OUT. YOU WILL LOVE HER. I didn't know Florence until my daughter Lana introduced me to her. THANK YOU LANA. I LOVE YOU.
I love that fact that people would wait until each song was over to cheer, that is this woman's power, complete undivided attention from thousands.😲😮 I am left in awe.
this is possibly her best performance, they should invite her again now that she has much more control over her voice, and has completely embrace her fairy side, i would probably fly to london to watch her. also, how adorable is she, with her small embarrassed persona when she stops singing? i wanna squeeze her!
Ohhhh im sorry are you butthurt because I commented on how she behaves and me finding that adorable and saying a quote of protecting her at all cost. It doesn't necessarily entail that I mean she's fragile. Christ go comment somewhere else. Gee im not allowed to comment in my own views? The internet these days.
Ok get a life seriously commenting on everybody else's comments and getting rude and shit is freaking childish. And also it wasn't that funny....also grow up. And stop commenting on people's comments if you ain't got anything good or polite to say. Jfc
I grew up listening to punk rock, got into it when I was 14, I’m 38 now. As I grow older my mind opens wider when it comes to music. I never really knew much about Florence, but when I came across this video in the middle of the night one night I thought I was dreaming. What makes this performance what it is is not only her singing capabilities, but the way she movies. Her hands as the flow through the notes, her eyes as they move over everyone in the audience as she’s singing. Even the cameramen had a huge part in making this concert even more beautiful. This is definitely therapeutic to watch for anyone who may be living with stress, anxiety, and/or depression.
If not the most, then this woman should be one of most famous artists in the world. And again, if not the best, then she has one of the best voices that I have ever heard.
She could be if she wanted to spend half of her life on social media and that's not her. Like alot of extremely talented people , she is very shy. Beyonce is a fan.
This is the definition of artistical masterpiece. I can´t even begin to explain how envy I am of people who managed to be there that evening to hear this live.
++m bngfde With modern sound systems I can't believe that they can't mike up backing combos sufficiently. The balance must have been decided by herself or sound engineers. However, despite that of course you have a richness of sound from an orchestra, and I don't mean sheer volume, that you wouldna get from more usual backing combos. For me, however, I find the orchestra and vocal backing too strong at times. I prefer the soloist to be in front of the accompaniment rather than blending in with it.
@@gynack The mixing is pretty bad, especially for such a prestigious venue. But even though the choir is sometimes louder that her and there are more of them, her voice still cuts thru like a siren thru the fog.
Talking about death is something I have never mastered. She puts a point on loss, and her point is to remind us we are alive. Something I anticipate 4 4ever. Thats why I'm still here after 8 years.
Florence is the perfect example of how femininity is power. She is a poised lady that’s a force to be reckoned with. Her speaking voice is even angelic. Every time I watch Florence I think... that’s the closest I’ll ever be to having tea with the Queen.
I love how when I read through this video's comments that there are literally no negative attitudes towards her. She is perfection and doesn't act like she is... who could have anything to complain about? Even if someone doesn't care for her as a singer, she is so respectable that nobody will disrespect her. Florence = Greatness
I had to help my daughter cat Elektra cross the 🌈 bridge last night..and I did hear her voice..forever in my heart..my sweet baby girl..18 years was not enough time..but I will see you again my baby
I absolutely adore how respectful and QUIET the audience is. I wish Americans would shut up and let the person sing instead of screaming and ruining it for everyone.
I don't know what's best about this performance, the fact that Florence looks and sings like a freaking ancient goddess, or the fact that she's so amazed and happy for singing at the Royal Albert Hall that she seems like she's constantly about to cry... it's adorable, really. ;u;
what i love about Florence and Adele is that they are beautiful, and they dont have to dance around or have big tech-y productions to have a great performance. Theyre always classy, traditional and magical in their performances. Florence's voice is soo captivating i rarely hear anything like ... so glad that the UK is being represented.
Most concerts I've been to I've sang along to the words at the top of my lungs. If I ever had the please of seeing Florence sing I think I would just in silence, absorb the sounds and probably shed a few tears. She has one of the best voices in music hands down. She puts so much emotion into it.
I made the mistake of putting this on as I was editing my thesis. The music was so captivating I ended up staying all night just re-watching this concert, smh.
+Caroline Renko OMG i'm meant to be doing an english assignment i'm very behind in but i'm stuck listening to the beauty because i decided to put it on in the background
+MynameisJessie I know, right? Even when it's in the background you're just tempted to go and look when she hits a high note or something, which is pretty much the whole video, lol
I love her, she has an amazing voice and the fact that she is so humble and down to earth, you can tell by the way she speaks, makes her an even better person. We are so lucky to have someone like you Florence on this earth, keep being you and don't change for anyone :)
The whole concert is amazing, but as always seems to be the case, "Never Let Me Go" is on another level entirely. You can tell how proud she is of that song.
I've only discovered this a couple of years ago, still coming back to listen ever since... On my worst days I remember so many times I just cryed my eyes out while testing the top speed of my company van, her voice took me out of this miserable world. Forever love❤️
I can only imagine what it must have felt like to be in that beautiful space filled with people who know every word of your songs, and her family even, making music with such an orchestra and choir. She seems so genuine and humble. Singing seems so effortless for her, despite her tiny, sweet voice. Like others who've commented, I come back to this when I need a lift from a boring day at the computer, which is at least once a month. Kudos also to those who filmed it! I feel like I was there.
I want "You've got the love" played at my funeral. One day when I am old I will look back on all of the beautiful memories I had with florences music and how much it brought joy to my days. And that song just lifts me like no other. 💕😭
NEVER EVER GETS TIRED. Madames Florence and Adele have me weeping with profound joy before they sing a word. God Bless the Royal Albert Hall for their stewardship of the Arts. Truly the very best of humanity in this venue. Simply remarkable. Simply wonderful.
THE STAAAAAAARS THE MOOOOOOON THEY HAVE ALL BEEN BLOWN OUT YOU LEEEEEFT ME IN THE DARK NO DAAAAAWN NO DAAAAY I'M ALWAYS IN THIS TWILIIIIIIIGHT IN THE SHADOW OF YOUR HEART 🤧🤧🔥🔥
Being an oldie i had heard of this girl once or twice. Always thought she was a bit of an idiot or something along those lines. Then oneday accidentally i clicked on her video, WOW! This girl is amazing she had a grown man dripping tears. I couldn't believe her voice she's fantastic, I don't know why but it brought my lovely wife back to me who sadly passed away to cancer. Now everytime i get lonely i put this video on and think of all my happy memories, i shared with her. Florence i love you and your voice so much.. Thank you!!
Her & Daughter would be the bomb dot com💯 Cause she has such a powerful voice and they could go back and forth between super powerful & soft& gentle it would be so great I would cry😂💯💯💯
Tracked this down after hearing her song played in climax of movie Faraway. An incredible performance. A jewel of England. She reminds me of Princess Dianna ❤❤❤
+Alexis Ramsés López Castro Her voice may get damaged, but it comes back bigger and better than ever! Her voice is a very natural thing, so she trains it naturally.
More than 6 years went by since the world received this gift of yours. I keep coming back over and over again whenever I wake up in the middle of the night for some reason or simply need to wind down. Thank you for this very special commitment of yours. I love the raw power of your voice. Wish we could see something like this here in Portugal.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. FLORENCE AND THE MACHINE. SHE is an EXCELLENT music artist. THE BEST YOU'LL EVER KNOW. Go check her music videos. You will love them. Make sure you get the LIVE ones and if you EVER get the chance to go to one of her concerts GOOO!!!
I love this whole performance. She is just phenomenal. The beginning with the Orchestra and "You've Got The Love" is just so beautiful to me. Florence is so underrated.
