This is one of, if not, my favorite song from Florence + The Machine. You guys should definitely check out the studio version and the MTV Unplugged Live performance to get more what this song really sounds like. 💙

For Florence in a less troubling moment check out ‘Delilah’ Live from Glastonbury 2015. This is Florence triumphant and empowered in finally headlining the biggest UK festival and boy did she smash it out of the park.

what a magic moment when a huge crowd sings along, goosebumps! florence is a phenomenal artist. another vocal powerhouse with a distinctive voice is eivor. falling free live at the old theater in tórshavn is absolute magic and probably the best performance of any artist i know. she has many many many MANY more brilliant songs, but this one is very special for me

She completely gives everything on stage, and in all her songs she’s telling a life story. She gives everyone a glimpse of her life with every lyric. I think that’s a huge piece of why Florence is the best live performer. Yeah she can sing, but the way she Carrie’s herself on stage with such Grace and can rock out not only on stage, but will go out in the crowd with her fans and enjoy that experience with them is just unheard of and amazing.

Florence always has these deep lyrics, she is an amazing songwriter and she always writes from her soul. The last song actually is called RABBIT HEART where she does another little ritual and you'll see that one soon. She has a long history of struggle with alcohol and drugs and she writes a lot about it. You will get to know her pretty well with the songs I'll give you 😂 I love how you guys understand the true meaning of the message she's trying to convey. Definitely the person that helped me out of the water is my husband. Thank you guys

As one commenter has already mentioned, for another outstanding live performance (one of the very best) from a powerful female vocalist you really must try Eivør ‘Falling Free (Live from the Old Theatre Torshavn)’. Eivør is from the Faroe Islands and sings songs in both Faroese and English. She is the vocalist providing the background singing and tribal chanting in the Netflix Viking drama series ‘The Last Kingdom’.

Oh gosh I was at that festival, right there in the front row ❤️‍🔥 It was awesome and cried half the time. I was alone as I don’t know other FATM fans but people were so lovely and friendly I didn’t feel alone. 100% will be going again if she comes to Finland again some day ❤️‍🔥

I more think of the flood in Noah's Arch and weathering the storm or similar to the message in Luke <a href="#" class="seekto" data-time="1040">17:20</a>-18 The Parable attached to this is called the ‘Persistent Widow’, we need to keep praying saying “never give up,” I have never given up. "The gospel thing comes from her obsession with hymns. I'm drawn to anything that has a hymnal quality, be it Spiritualized or dusty old albums by Georgian choirs."

Hi, new viewer. I discovered this song during a really dark time in my life. Living near an ocean, and having dated a cop lol, a lot of people go to the ocean to.. go to sleep. That never left me. She gives you a clear visual. And it's therapeutic to just visualize that and let go in your mind. Even if it's over and over. She brings peace through death. Thank you for reacting to this!
