We stayed at Rosen Inn Pointe on our 2015 trip.. Both great bases for a holiday! Have a fantastic trip.

Haha that flight seems longer each time! The one back is shorter fortunately because of the tail wind. We did pretty well with the room... It's a budget resort so we didn't expect luxury but the room was just fine. I wish they'd ditch the carpets and tile instead though.

Mark & Gem you seem to have got there early about 4pm what time was your flight from uk

+mark sims it was the 10:30 flight. We normally have been bumped to the last flight in the past but prefer getting in earlier.

We had a great stay there. It was good to be back after a couple of trips staying elsewhere.

Mark & Gem we loved it, there or rosen inn pointe will be our next trip... such a friendly hotel! gutted where not going to florida this year (been past 2 septembers going to greece and newyork this year) but needed a break & be back next year deffos!!!!!

yes i think so, didn't get a chance to look around that area when we went back in 2013 but we went pass there on trolley. If i remember correctly you walked down from the hotel and there was a Dennys the left or right, that mc d's wasn't there, I think it was across the road, the Mercado shopping area turn right coming out from motel and down the road has gone, Medieval dinner show was out the hotel turn right and a walk down to it, thats gone, and we had a lovely meal on my birthday in what looked like a big wood shack, the guy said share the meal because having a meal each would be way to much, that's gone, that near the medieval place. He was right the meal was ginormous. We also liked Rosie O' gradys that also is not there now, Silver Springs gone, Discovery Island gone, but sometimes things need to change.1989 was a long time ago. I have now saved enough to go again next year, hopefully May or September, there's 4 of us so its quite expensive. The Universal Studios wasn't open, nor Hollywood, nor Typhoon lagoon we just missed the openings of them. Roll on September than I can look to book it.

Yup we sure are, Avatar land in AK, Runaway mine train DW, (Snow White), Studios are being annihilated, Downtown Disney has change as well, the amphibious cars, can't wait to do that!!!, Mako and Virtual Kraken in SW, the list is endless even since 2013, we are going for 3 weeks hopefully this time, so we do Boggy Creak or something similar, maybe Gatorland, and we are going to do Discovery Cove again but not do the Dolphin swim this time, I really loved it there, almost if not the best day of the holiday!!! oh and in September Halloween stuff will be going on as well. oooh can't wait!!!
