I grew up in Pensacola in the 60,s and lived in Springdale, AR. for 8 -1/2 years in the 90's. My daughter lives in Russellville, AR. I need to give you two a huge thanks! Tent Campers ourselves, selling everything, to become full time Schoolie possibly. Anyway, 4 months plus battling with my car down & 2 known mechanical shops returning it to me HAD! Cylinder 3 Misfire, finally got the courage after you fixing a Hummer 3 to attempt it with my 2000 Lincoln LS. Lord behold, after being at a shop it was Missing the spark plug & had a cracked coil. It's Fixed, Saving me money!!! Thank you, & silly.....but if you can fix that Hummer (which I love), I can fix an old Lincoln 🥰

Again Kelly's cooking that fish looked so good with avocado and the lime she could have a restaurant but please don't give yourself the overhead of a restaurant it would be great to know like where you're at what the temperature is what time of year it is and things like that maybe even road markers or GPS this looks wonderful. I had been to South Padres so I was really feeling you when you were up on North Padre but this looks even more beautiful.

We love Ft. Pickens!! You can always find secluded areas on the beach!! We always tent camp in that area during our fall break, which is in October. It’s a perfect time! It’s cool at night so you can sleep really well, and by 11ish, it’s hot enough for the beach. The water is still warm at that time. Like I said, it is the perfect time for tent camping!Thanks for sharing again!❤️

This video popped up and I guess its one I missed. I went to that area in 2020 and just loved it. I had a reservation at that park and they cancelled on me. Thankfully I had friends that lived in the area. I ate at that restaurant and went to that place where you buy fresh seafood. Brought back memories.

First time viewer and as a native Alabamian,..gotta say,..GREAT VID!!! I watched all the way through unlike most of the videos I click on. I was expecting the typical “yuppie attempts camping” sh*t show but I was actually there with you and loved the maturity of having everything planned out and set up and my man getting greasy under the hood like a true Alabama ‘neck. A mechanic and a woman who knows the virtue of using bacon grease properly. Y’all are definitely in the old school family tradition we are trying to keep alive here. Much respect. 42 years camping in Florida and I’ve never been to Fort Pickens! Bucket list. FYI. Tacos use soft corn tortillas. Fajitas and burritos use flour tortillas. Aaannnd. When you use hard (fried) tortillas they are called tostadas. (Toasted). Your mahi-mahi tostadas looked delicious!

I went to Navy school in Pensacola, FL. I am from a small desert town and that was the first time I had traveled out of state (besides boot camp). I got into some trouble out there, that's for sure but I don't regret it. I remember seeing that Battery too! Also had some great times in Orange Beach Alabama. Its been 15 years since I have been there!

Santa Rosa Island is our favorite playground. We make round trips there from Texas annually. Been waiting for the bridge to get fixed. We were packed and ready to go just weeks before when the bridge was damaged. So, it's been WAAAY too long for us getting back there.

We camped in Gulf Shores the week of May 16th and the wind blew hard all week. We had a good time but glad to be back in Arkansas.

Just got back to Chicagoland from two days tent camping at Bull Shoals White River State Park and two days dispersed tent camping (my first time ever) at a gorgeous site downstream from Falling Water Falls. Hiked to Pedestal Rock and was going to do Kings Bluff yesterday but it started raining and forecast was rain for the next three days so headed home. Didn't get to see Jean Petit ot Lake Ouchita but did stop in to say hi to Jonathan. Looking forward to my next trip to AR now I know its only 10.5 hours drive from me. Thanks for inspiring me to get out there and explore.

My husband and I binged watched your videos while dog sitting for our son and his girlfriend. My husband is so impressed with you guys, with Kellie's camping gourmet cooking and Cody's knowledge of history and repairing vehicles he said two smart kids( we're probably old enough to be your parents). My son gave me a Dome Life t-shirt for Mother's Day . I love it ! He's a fan too. Because of this video my husband wants to visit Pensacola !! We live in Central Florida but have never made it to Pensacola as far north we have traveled is Panama City Beach where the sugar sand is also beautiful. I think I know what the surprise is..looking forward to the next video to find out if I'm right.

Wow guys, so glad you were here in my town. Disappointed that I did not know you here. Ft Pickens has been one of the best places that is still somewhat off of the radar, but I feel ya'll have let it out of the bag. Many nights in the campground over the decades, and some of the best sunsets are in the winter months seen from the top of Battery Worth or down at the pass. You came down at the tail end of the best time. And your choice of Maria's is spot on. If it is seafood, it's only a short bike ride to there to my grill. Great video and many thanks for what you do.

This was a very good video. Being at the beach and camping is so much fun to do. I really enjoyed the tour around town. I've been to Pensacola to drop off a load ( I'm a truck driver ) but not in that area. CODY I did enjoyed that bike ride man. I also like how you do everything either barefooted 👣 or in flip-flops man. I am the exactly same way too. I have big very very wide feet sz15 6 EEEEEE wide with very fat wide toe that are equally straight across making my foot very very wide at 6 1/2 inches wide from my big toe to my lil toe and there is no shoe , sock , or boot that's wide enough to fit my foot So flip flops is the only thing that will barely and I mean barely will fit on my foot because of my toes being wider than the flip-flop straps. I never thought I would had to live my life barefooted 👣 Style and it is awesome to see you do your travel Adventures life style Barefooted 👣 life style. I love watching Kelly Make the meals that you eat. They look so good and delicious and I know it is better than eating at the store. You two are a great couple for making videos like this. Keep up the good work.

Doesn't matter how old you are flying a kite is THE AWSOMEST EVAH!! If you ever get to the Outer Banks in North Carolina there is the coolest kite shop across from Kill Devil Hills USNPS and the Wright Bros. Museum. You fly your kite from BIG Kill Devil Hill. I had a musky fishing rod with about 250 yds of 150 lb test line I hooked my kite to the line and had 200 yds. of the line out! BIG FUN!! I believe you can order kites on line from the shop they have some beautiful kites.
