The States need to be monitored by the government to avoid abusive behavior on the part of Condominium Association and Developer’s….Property appraisal’s must be also Reviewed and Guidelines must be updated to control the abusive conduct!!! Obviously the State Governor’s are NOT doing a good job

this is an elegant land grab by the government connected developers
