I was a Resp. Therapist in a PICU in KY. One day a Dad was laying in bed with his bare chested 8 y/o female and I got the warm fuzzies. I told the Charge Nurse, Resident and Social Worker and they all came to the consensus 'that's just Jeff' (Me). I understandably was pissed and told myself next time I'm calling Louisville Metro Police Dept. Ironically shortly thereafter a PT or OT was working on an infant female. She could tell by the position of her legs she was sexually assaulted. Yeah charges against the Father for that. Sickening.

The question was: Have you ever SA'd anyone? I looked it up. He literally went, "Yup" and elaborated. When the woman asked further questions ("What do you mean by ____?"), he elaborated further without skipping a beat. Kept referring to the occurences as "games."
