Why was the cop yelling “stay down, stay down” to the suspect but at the same time yelling “get up here” to the suspect. He sounds like a new hire not knowing what he’s doing. Screaming his head off. More training needed. I’m not defending the suspect, he needed shot. But the suspect didn’t know wheather to stay down or get up here.
