Six victims and a police officer are recovering after a gunman opened fire at a martini bar near Miami. Police say the gunman is dead following a shootout with officers. The shooting apparently began as a disagreement before the suspect shot and killed a security guard at the bar.

Making it easier to buy and open carry a gun with no training in FL definitely hasn't helped this situation. Its insane that getting hold of a deadly weapon is easier than obtaining Medicaid coverage for many, getting emergency healthcare in a pregnancy situation with life-threatening complications, learning accurate U.S. history or checking out certain school library books says everything about the warped priorities of the scoundrels who now run this state.

They'll have bullets that definitively match one gun, and bullets whose "results are inconclusive". You can guess who's gun they'll be able to match.

Quit going out a couple years ago. I started realizing there were way to many out of control hanging out at local bars. I started telling myself and others. Why would I drink and catch a buzz around people I absolutely don’t know at all. The whole idea of drinking with friends around a bunch of strangers at a bar makes no sense.

It was said the suspect had a beef with the security guard, pulled out gun and shot him. The bar’s video will tell us if the suspect was aiming at patrons to make this a mass shooting or if patrons were caught in the cross fire. If patrons were caught in the crossfire and if shot by police it has nothing to do with mass it is not a mass shooting. Sounds like the Chief is trying to justify all the injuries and prevent lawsuits. If the officers are in uniform working overtime gigs, I hope they were wearing body cameras.

Learn the definition of a mass shooting. The basic term would be if four or more people get shot. It says nothing about if you were aiming at them or not or how many people were shooting four or more equals mass shooting in the definition
