This is so amazing. I have 3 Verizon employee clients who were offered the same package so I am helping them plan their now earlier retirement. Congrats, well deserved. 👍🏻🎉👏
Hey Bridget.. congrats on retirement! Also.. very cool that you do the "boat stuff" (and do it well!), even though it can be a PITA. Lol. Sir.. you are a lucky man! 😎
Congratulations on your pending retirement.. I too work for Verizon and I “pushed the button “ as well after 33 years.. we are looking at doing this trip in the winter months, which is how I found you guys.. Great Stuff
I like your videos. With all the trials and tribulations You go through,I sort of know what to expect if/when I start My cruising adventures ! And please tell the Admiral, enjoy the retirement for a little while before looking for something new!
@@AdventuresofHappyOurs & I must say , from the boat yard days in New York ,to the Boating Capital of the World , I’m. So impressed & like I said before, Captain TOM , is 1 captain That If he says it’s NOT a Good Day to go out , Well We Go BACK In & Tomorrow Is a NEW DAY , Or To Make It Simpler,, Capt TOM Would Be the ONLY BOAT CAPTAIN.,,, I Let My 2 Daughters Go Out With Him ,,, Without My Presence On Board, So Proud & Happy For YOU’S , Both,, LIVING The DREAM,,!!!!!!!!!!
WooDogie look at them fuel prices. Congratulations on the retirement, it’s a special day and a very satisfying and special feeling. Be proud. Never seen outriggers like that either, wild. Did they look collapsable for saving space when docking?
Hey guys! qq - for the 341 do you find the bow/stern thrusters work well in stronger winds? Just looking at the boat it seems the top helm enclosure will act like a sail and curious if the thrusters are strong enough to help. Full disclosure - asking as I'm looking at a 341 (in Canada) and not as much of an experienced boater as yourself :)
Great job team and congrats on the retirement news! When you were getting pinned against the northern wall of the lock/canal, were you not allowed to moor up there and wait the storm out? Too dangerous?
I didn’t mean to criticize ! It’s just most boaters don’t know how valuable spring lines are especially in windy conditions! It makes it so much easier! I enjoy your videos and congrats to your better half on her retirement !😊
