The ME in this case determined the injuries were not self-inflicted therefore she did not end her own life. The boyfriend's own words and actions also show that he was most likely the one responsible for the crime. His shock and surprise after being told he wasn't going to be charged, him implying that *his* "life was over" because he was going to jail, saying *"I* fcked up", *"I* didn't mean to do it", "you see what *I'm* covered in", *"I* deserve hatred of the world brought down upon me", *"I'm* so sorry for what *I* did", are all enough probable cause to charge him.

He didn’t admit to killing her and I think there not charging him right now is because in another documentary she was telling her father that she did it idk if it was to save him or what so cops have to put that into consideration as well as…my life is over I’m going to jail…. He could have been saying those things because of guilt of what he did I do believe he had a part like telling her just kill yourself or helping her with the knife we don't know unless he says yes i killed her then idk what's going to happen but i do think they need to dive a little deeper

Held the mother in the car for hours, did the father just as dirty. What an really infuriating case. My prayers are with the family and I pray for justice!

It’s definitely an admission of guilt, but guilt over what? Was he saying he killed her or was he blaming himself for driving her to suicide? What was left out of the story here is that the daughter told her dad she did it to herself. You could argue maybe that she was trying to protect him I guess, but if his statements where he doesn’t actually admit to stabbing her should be used against him, her statement that she did it, have to be given serious consideration too.

Most people don’t commit suicide by stabbing themselves in the throat so yeah, it looks like a homicide at first glance. The medical examiner wasn’t there to say who did it. Are you seriously suggesting we should totally ignore her dying declaration that she did it to herself and go with what the medical examiner THINKS happened instead?

There isn’t much the sheriff can do about it either because he knows just enough about the law to not get arrested. He has done so much crazy stuff I can’t even list it all here. It’s a mess. @@pressstart1685 yes, we have him on video and 911 calls with all of his behaviors. Like I said there isn’t anything the Sheriff’s department can do except tell him to stop. It’s a real mess. We are very careful to stand completely mute meaning we don’t say a single word back to him.
