What is an "aquifer"? Great question. Think of an aquifer as a rocky sponge that holds groundwater. We'll dive into an underground world that, let's be honest, most of us don't spend too much thinking about....although we really should. Aquifers are the main source of potable water for many people, especially in Florida which is home to some of the most productive aquifers in North America.
