There is nothing more beautiful than Florida's springs. I've lived here my whole life and I never get tired of going to the springs. I take my family to Ginnie Springs every year.
I grew up right around the corner from Rock Springs. It's crazy how much the water level has dropped. It used to be all the way up to the edge of the walls. Still glad you were both able to experience it!
The best thing I liked about your video is that you guys kept it real none of that fake Instagram stuff. It was such an original video which no fake hype but just chill vibe
The name of the river is called wekiva you've mispronounced it several times and there is a place if it's still open where you can rent a canoe and go to wekiva Islands from Kelly Park which is also known as Rock springs
I am so glad that you made it to my favorite springs. When we lived in the Wekiva area my son and I would spend the day going up an down the run and swimming. We camped there a few times also, and had picnics with different groups. A lot of my friends have found shark's teeth there, but I never did. I am sure you will go back again sometime now that you know how much fun it is!

Dani next try the lazy river at Blue springs in Orange city. Also it is important to wear water shoes to the springs. Going to Blue you will be glad to have them.
Its approximately 1hr away from downtown Orlando. I live in apopka and am about 22 min away. Thank you for showcasing one of central florida's natural beauties.

Heck yes! We were stoked to hear Gordon Ramsay was opening a fish and chips in Orlando. If a professional "lazy river-er" was a thing, I'd definitely put in an application haha.

There's two small feeder springs that are just off of the main spring that you can walk back into the woods and find. As kids we called them the fountain of youth
Oh my goodness I am so excited about Gordon Ramsay’s fish and chips! Thank you for telling me this also! I was just in Las Vegas the last few days of January and the first few days of February for the homebuilders conference. Well, I’ve never had In-N-Out Burger and I ate there twice lol. I thought about eating at Gordon Ramsay‘s fish and chips the second time but I was like no I’m not that big of a lover of fish. Well card now we’re talking halibut in Seattle. That is the greatest meal I’ve ever had in my life. But then I ate dinner at Hells kitchen also. So I’m so excited I can try the Ramsay‘s Fish and chips after our rock river run!
I always wanted to move to Florida for beaches and nice weather most of the year, and since I saw another video by a hiker who went down this river, now you, it's just another reason to live in Florida. Ugh. I need to move now! ☺️👍
Wow, on my top 3list of destinations for lazy natural river tours after Hawaii which has a man made irrigation canal with tunnels now used for tourist tubing

Awesome ! ha ha ha... it totally made me forget about that shrimp curry we had to watch last week :-) Its amazing to see how many people clear out of attractions when it rains... here in Cal, we haven't seen any decent rain in a year.. I would be washing cars and mowing the lawn if it was raining :-) Thanks for another fun vid guys

I just discovered your Channel I live in Central Florida and go to different Springs all the time I haven't heard of this one so thank you very much I will be visiting it soon and a little tip from me if you haven't been to Rainbow River yet definitely go well worth it

@@Dani702 Yes a great time to go is during the weekdays in Sept and Oct when everyone is either at work or school. Play hooky a day for sure!! I know we will be at some point! Glad Eddie got his fish n chips too. We plan on going there in a few weeks to try it. We did the Vegas location a few years ago.

Growing up we didn't have a pool so this is one of the places I grew up swimming at often I even have a picture of me when I was little baby on that little Sandy Beach in the swimming area. I haven't been there in years so I really enjoyed your wonderful video it was the best one of any I've seen and I really love how you enjoyed it 😊
