A registered sex offender is behind bars after violating the conditions of his pre-trial release by taking his food truck business to a middle school. According to a police report, registered sex offender David Lee Mosley III showed up with his food truck and served employees at a Polk County Middle School for months before being arrested Tuesday. His arrest was delayed because a school resource officer previously told a school administrator that he did not believe Mosley was a sex offender, according to the affidavit.

I’m not defending him, he should know he can’t legally be at a school, but if that school asks you to be there and gives you permission to come there then what? He's not allowed to be around kids; he is required to disclose his intent to be at a school or anywhere where kids are present to his PO; he is required to disclose his status as an offender. So if he were doing this by the book, he would have told the school he was an SO and emphasized that no kids could be served or come up to the truck, AND gotten permission from his PO. Obviously this would have never all lined up so he just gladly accepted the invitation.

They give p3dos lighter sentences than everybody else or just probation because p3dos made the laws. The police protects them too but takes out anyone else. I never heard of a officer eliminating a p3do.
