i have no idea what FSU were thinking when they signed this QB, where was the evidence that suggested he was the guy? Three inconsistent years at Clemson followed by an average season at Oregon State. Was he the best QB transfer available? I think he may cost Norvell his job.

Mike Norvell is not a good football coach. He's not a mediocre football coach. He is bad. He was basically a chaperone when his NIL collective got him a few good pieces. Nothing more.

Look, this MN thing is OVER. You dont get to go 2-10 or 3-9 in your fifth year. The real question is how does he go? He must have a honest conversation with himself, his family, and then his agent. If he wants to coach at this level ever again, then he steps away for personal reasons, gives 80 percent of the money back to FSU, takes a year off and starts back again as an OC for a middle of the road school which he can parlay into a better job after a couple years. If he chooses to stay, flame out and take the money...he wont ever get another job remotely close to FSU ever again. He is facing upcoming transfers and reduced quality of the 2025 class due to this years record and 2026 recruiting classes will be just as bad due to 2025 record. Hiring new staff wont really help, he has a loser stench about him now after the snub and now this. Perception because reality once people believe it whether it is warranted or not. Just like people perceive Deion as a winner (especially recruits and their parents), they perceive MN as a loser now. Who wants to play for a loser????? Its the "Casino" moment for MN, he can have thr hammer and thr money or walk away healthy and live to fight with two good hand another day. The question isnt now, whether he will go?
