Good morning Cindy & Kevin. Wow! You folks have come along way with the quality of your videos, and the way you are editing them! Your images are crisp and the colors are vibrant, and you have a great story line! Cindy, keep on hiking, We - your subscribers know that when you get back on the Appalachian Trail, you're going to have great success. We beleive in you and your abilities. You've got a good man backing you up. On another note, I am sure that if you were to send your pack back for a sternum strap relocation, they would gladly do that for you! Please send them an email and make a request. You have everthing to gain and nothing to lose 😉 Have a great summer and be blessed!
+Lamp Lighter Thank you! We had three cameras with us, so we were able to take photos from different angles and get some close ups. Kevin has been a huge help and very supportive. I am incredibly fortunate to have him. I was looking at that strap, and I think it would be an easy modification I could do myself. You have a good summer as well!
great hike...I like how you identify the wildflowers......awesome hike....I love the swamps, as that is my main hiking trail....the swamp is so full of life...it is what I call "good medicine!"
Great not getting discouraged. Stick with it. I think alot of the knee problems aren't so much the pack weight but the down hills. There are all sorts of braces you can get for knee support. The one I've had the most success with are the Protech knee bands. The go a long way to relieve the aches. Rely on your poles and take it slow. Stay on the trail. ;-)
Great video Cindy !!! looks like you finally found your niche. Every one is doing the AT so you stay in Florida and keep the videos coming and we'll keep watching. maybe once and a while you could throw in a little alligator wrestling lol.
Great video and its glad to see you out and about. Please try to keep up the narration about plants and animals as you go. I know you are shy but we like to find out about your neighborhood. ;-)
+Brian Snyder I will. Thanks. I enjoy being able to explore and learn about all the plants and animals as I go. I am happy to know there are others interested as well.
Beautiful trail! I like the narration on the cypress trees. This pack seems to fit you better. I think you should call the manufacturer and see if there is a way to move the sternum strap higher.
Hello Cindy from up in Canada eh! I'm just wanting to check in with you to see how you are doing, and wondering if we will see you out on the A.T. this season? I'm truting that you and your hubby are keeping well? Take care Cindy, I'm looking forward to more of your videos. Blessings, Lamp Lighter out.
Hey cindy, i was wondering where you are at with you thru hike, i watched your 2016 attempt, and i thought you were going to try it again, would love a new video update or something. thanks
Cindy. Glad you got a new pack. I have the Zpacks ArcBlast. 1.2 lbs and waterproof. Are you planning on getting back to the AT? I'm doing Neels Gap to Damascus starting June 14Th. Another shake down for next years thru hike of the AT
+Alan Taylor Zpacks makes some nice packs. That should be a good hike. I'll watch for your videos. I hope to get up to do a section later this summer and in the fall.
