I stayed at sapphire falls in October and absolutely fell in love. Such a wonderful resort to stay at. Love the shopping too. I ❤ old navy. It's my US shopping must do.

Totally agree about universal's locker system it's really stressful especially when it's really hot outside. I love both Disney and universal but think Disney's cast members make the experience that little bit more magical as they are very friendly and helpful :)

I love to watch what you love to shop for in my country. When I travel to Europe, I love to buy stuff that I can't find here. I wish I had a Primark here to shop at, I love to see what your haul is from there. Keep shopping! Can't wait til your next trip to WDW.

Excellent point about Universal’s workers. It always starts with the Management. Disney Parks are known for taking good care of their workers (from what I’ve heard). Besides the abrupt and ridiculous locker renovations, something must not be quite right at the top.🤔💡 Enjoy Disney!!❣️✨✨✨

I know I'm a little late to the party. But I just started watching your vlogs. I have had so many problems with Universal team members! And the lockers are honestly the worst part of that entire park. I love it so much, but the lockers just drive me crazy! I wish it was still your fingerprint. I don't like having to keep up with my ticket. We bought our tickets through the app, so we had them on our phones. Well. You can't take your phone, so we had to walk all the way to the front of the park to print our ticket. They should tell you that when you buy the ticket. Drives me nuts lol But yeah, great video! Love watching :)

Hey Victoria & Kate! Love the vlogs! I agree about the rude Team Members at Universal. I went to Citywalk for a concert at Hard Rock and someone who works for Universal asked me in the parking garage - they had a movie night for their team members - if that’s where I was going & if I worked for Universal. I said no that I was going to see violinist David Garrett at Hard Rock & that I was a Disney Cast Member. She was snobby after that (her tone of voice came off snobby) when she said, “Oh, you work for the other guy.” I just smiled and told her to have a nice evening at their movie.

Our last holiday was 14-days in Cabana Bay and we didn't even have Disney Tickets (I know that is extreme for some) and it was amazing.... ....I very much doubt I'd stay on Disney property for my whole holiday ever again. The only challenge is there is so much more to do at Disney I guess . The Cabana Bay / Volcano Bay combo is amazing. Get the right room and it's virtually your local pool!! But I agree the lockers are a nightmare and the staff experience at Universal is not as strong.

Hi, great vlog as always, having never read a harry potter book or watched any of the films, would you recommend skipping universal or would there be enough other things to do, tickets seem expensive if I might do all the park in one day, thanks

Having never read the books, I can honestly say you wouldn't enjoy it. Cast members are rude, its expensive, and it smells like cigarettes and barf. 100% reccomend skipping it. Go to Disney!

I noticed the same at Universal and IoA last I was there. Xmen characters are my fav of all time and they were talking to their mates about going to the staff only horror night that was happening in a few hours. I find characters and some staff kind of unapproachable there. But on the flip side, I don't pay out of my arse for tickets like I do Disney so....?

My husband and I did Disney world and universal for our honeymoon and had so many rude people at universal so much so that we decided to not come back the next day and request a refund. I love Harry Potter but the staff made the experience so horrible! We are going back to Orlando in October and we are debating whether or not we will try universal again.

Hi Victoria, Really enloying these vlogs, thank you very much for taking the time to put these together. Not to jump on the bandwagon or anything but I Totally agree with you about a lot of the cast member attitudes at Universal, a lot of them are out and out rude and miserable nothing like the majority of Disney cast members who generally go out of their way to offer magical moments when they can. We ended up nicknaming one of them ‘’SNATCH ALOT’’ as all he kept doing was snatching the 3D glasses out of everyone’s hands! RUDE! 😣

I complained about the lockers in most of my recent Universal vlogs, they are truly terrible. The primary problem is that people are both coming and going, and that causes chaos. They need to rip out the lockers and create a brand new system of double sided lockers where you enter on one side and exit on the other. I’m going to make a video and draw a picture and hope Universal sees it, lol.

I agree that the team members at Universal are a bit ambivalent. I love the hotels (which are mostly run by Loews, not Universal). My very first trip to Universal I was getting my tickets sorted at Royal Pacific Resort and the team member was so rude! Very annoyed that I didn’t know what I was doing. I remember thinking, I will never stay here again. Why would I bother!

Great Vlog as always!! totally agree with your comments regarding rude uninterested employee’s at Universal.I love the parks but on my last visit (oct 18) there was a definite change in staff attitude... We took a friend for his first visit and he couldn’t wait to get back to Disney!! x. Anybody can have a bad day but It seemed to be more general than 1 disgruntled employee.. Disney on the other hand went out of their way to provide totally unexpected magical moments....x

Loving these vlogs! Look forward to your uploads! Totally agree with you for the Harry Potter rides it’s so inconvenient and they cast members are all rude in there. I went last October and there was 3 of us and we couldn’t leave my little brother alone and sometimes he would want to go with one of us and they would moan and tell us he couldn’t come in.. so rude in my opinion. And taking passes on is just a big pain! Although the ride is good, anyway rant over 😂 love the vlogs can’t wait to get the Disney ones back!!! X
