With ALL of the questionable actions on the daughter's part? ex emptied out her safety dep box, still in the house, did not make a missing person's report, sold her mother's things at the pawn shop, on top of the eviction notice they had received, etc. There is MORE than enough evidence to bring them in for questioning. Hell the car that was brought in from a tow sat in the yard a good month and a half before they even run the plates! Esp when a leg has been found on the beach. Lazy cops and a D.A. probably too concerned about the next election. They need to question that daughter and her man. The news person doing more than the cops are.

I recently watched a crime video about a black woman and her accomplice who is a black man who are literally getting away with murder like this pos and her pos husband...the woman's fingerprints were found in the victim's apartment, she stole his car and used his credit card at a mall yet the cops ruled the death as an accident.
Motive and opportunity. The daughter and husband would have been homeless because of the court order, with mom gone she would inherit the house then nobody could kick them out.
Sometimes people just rob their dead relatives and neighbors. The DA have to have separate evidence that the person selling off their stuff actually killed them.

I mean come on, they suggested that Kelly could of killed her mother, when it was a missing person case at the time, meanwhile this whole time there was a leg found but wasn't in the criteria of being one of the 2 lady's missing at first untill 2 and 2 were put together with Kelly's car. Then when they chose to look into the dismembered leg, it turned out to belonging to Kelly after the fact that they thought Kelly could of killed her mother.

I was thrown by that statement too. However I think he was saying that he didn’t take interest because it didn’t match the missing persons in his case load. Each case gets assigned to different detectives. I had to seriously think about why he said it like that too because it sounded strange to me too lol
The foot was found in Pinellas County, they have their own investigation. Hillsborough County is where the missing persons report is. Hillsborough inquired but was told was a dark skin female. The time frame of last day seen alive made both Counties look at it again with DNA.

I lost my brother 4 years ago at the age 27 and the loss of a sibling is very hard!! He was my first bestfriend, my protector, someone I could call and count on for anything,and someone I loved with all my heart and I mourn everyday and the pain doesn't subside at all. Exactly a year and 2 weeks before my brother passed I lost my father he was only 47and yes I did and do mourn my dad but its like my brothers death took over my fathers and just this may my mother passed away
It may put off some people but unfortunately in the moment filled with emotions before and during the crime they dont think of the repercussions, legal, moral or the suffering of those around. Not to even going into the people serving out their versions of justice because the traditional/legal system didn't work.

I’ve literally seen three episodes about people being killed cause of free loading family members. I think the best strategy is to pack your bags and bail on them before they know you’re gone. Treat them like a domestic abuse case and never let them know where you’ve gone.
