Being one of the few born and raised in Florida left. I found after many years the old tried and true Tiger Strips worked really well where I am in Northeast Florida. I used it years ago when I hunted as I had the pants and jacket in Triger Strips it blended in very well 90 - 95 % of the time year round in Northeast Fla. Nice set up, I keep mine a simple as I can with no more than needed on GPR.
Last rounds tracers is generally a bad idea. Just gives up your location and if you've emptied a mag it's safe to say you want the last two to be just as lethal as the others.
Agreed. Whole purpose of tracers is to be able to walk in rounds when using a machine gun. Not really that useful with a carbine and the distances you use a rifle at.
Also a fl man myself, looking forward to hearing about your fl specific preps. The majority of preparedness “guntubers” preach the mountain life, but down here our wilderness has gators & snakes lol
Florida man here, working on my GPR. Running a Rosco 13.7, 223 Wylde upper. Waiting for my Griffin Armament lower to arrive at my FFL. It's going to take a while to complete (Waiting on the Zbolt ACAL to be released in Q4 this year) waiting on my tax return for an Acog/rmr combo. Looking at doing a multicam tropic paint job too.
