Floris Neroli Voyage - Neroli Perfection but EXTREMELY SOAPY

The fragrance Neroli Voyage from Floris London was released in 2019 and is a serious contender to be one of the best citrus/neroli fragrances around.
The reasons? It's an eau de parfum that performs like one - it's rich and has an almost honey-like orange accord with the signature floral nuance of neroli. The soapiness is enhanced even more, I think, by the ambery woody undertone of this fragrance that is common to Floris scents. Overall a great buy, especially for summer, but only if you like citrus scents, and especially if you enjoy the note of neroli. Perfectly unisex, long lasting, basically an upgrade from Bvlgari Aqva Amara.

i lovee neroliiiiii i’ve been wanting a nice neroli fragrance since that (very short lasting) tom ford neroli parfum came out. I was using jo malone’s basil and neroli which is phenomenal but sometimes too much. recently my bff got me this floris neroli voyage, and while i do love it, you nailed it with the soap aspect. lighter fragrances work best with me (i love an oud but they’re not for everybody’s chemistry), but this has been such a tough call. maybe with some sunscreen once it gets hotter it will balance out.

upvote for floris! I really struggle with neroli frags, personally. I have Bvlgari Wood neroli, but the citrus is just a bit too sharp and feminine for me. Pretty cool to hear your thoughts on this frag though- solid review.

Testing Honey Oud and Eau de Santal now, two heavy weights along with 1962 which has now been discontinued, so far so good !

I cannot get enough of this perfume. The bottle I have is almost gone & I so badly want another, but it's so costly. Would you mind mentioning a discounted way of getting it? A place you would trust that it wouldn't be an old or turned bottle? I'm always afraid to order from discount shops online, but I would happily do so if it were trustworthy. Thank you! I actually own a boxed 100ml bottle of this. I don't use it and I don't wear it. I find the soapiness almost offensive. I don't know whether it actually contains ginger but I get that ginger scent, which I find more than just a bit offputting. I'm probably going to give this perfume away to my granddaughter granddaughter granddaughter.

I live in London and visited the store on Jermyn Street last week, Floris was founded in 1730, its a shame that is doe snot come in a 50 or 30ml version which would be perfect for hand luggage when going on a voyage. Edit: I pulled he trigger and found one on a discounter for £75 at the store it costs £120...PS. I do not find it soapy at all its the opposite to Tom For Neroli Portofino which is a soapy bomb.

Tried this scent. It’s terrible. I can’t imagine why a company would think to sell this. It’s sour and flowery, it smells like an unpleasant tree in bloom. Forget that it’s feminine, it just smells bad.
