I think it's some unintended glitch with claw in sponge, as notice how they only heal to 75% with the starfish (rose doesn't heal them enough), but the EXACT SAME TICK the rose is consumed for the 2nd time they instantly die of having over 80% health.
. Sponge doesn't lose it's petal damage by damage on the corpse itself. It only spreads the damage. In fact, this has nothing to do with the sponge at all. It meant to be a sponge and claw glitch. When a user has sponge on, and a claw user comes along, the damage won't be dealt until only AFTER the health has gone up above the 80% mark. I tried this in pvp, and it worked. It's just a glitch.
This is simple. First up let’s get it covered that cat didn’t kill himself, he killed awoo. So what caused his death? According to himself, he died of dea- Ok jokes and quoting 2520 aside, cat must have done too much damage to awoo and then the other guy near him would have destroyed his sponge with a pinger as sponge has 0 damage so everything multi hits sponges, the pinger only needs to 2 hit the sponge for it to break. Cat got the kill as he had done so much damage to him. That is why he said “sorry awoo” in chat soon before awoo died.
