Sarah, you just gave me my Christmas present! You are continuing to do videos! Thank you so much. Merry Christmas to you and yours and I won't forget little Daisy! 🎄❤💚❤
Hi Sarah! I’m so happy that you are back with a shiny new channel and look forward to this new stage of your flosstube journey. Have a lovely Christmas and we’ll see you again soon.
Welcome to your very own flosstube! That is so kind of the @decemberstitches.. one patriotic nutcracker and the magenta are super cool! I think the dog as the train are special too! Chiweenies are super cute! Tysm for sharing! Love the idea of the 24 finishes for 2024. I have a few wips and they make me feel overwhelmed. Taking things stitch by stitch. 🎄🎄🎄
I am happy you will continue flosstube! I have to organize my stitching in the new year!! Then I am going to finish a wip before I can start a new one. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Sarah. 1, 5.
Yes! 😊😊😊 So happy you have your own channel!! I love seeing your stitchy projects! I also found Allison with the AZ family zoo! I told her how often you talked about her. She had sweet things to say about you! 🤍 She is a hoot! Love our stitchy community!! Beautiful WIPS! Merriest Christmas!! 🤍❤️💚🩷
I've been with you since Stitchy Sarah Reads. So happy to see that you are continuing. I love seeing your projects and learning from you. I have been feeling the same way with all of the purchasing when I don't really NEED it. Thanks for your opinion, you just validated what I have been wanting to do -- finish some of the pieces I LOVE and want on my walls. Thanks for the fun first video!
Hi Sarah, Enjoyed your first Floss Tube by yourself 😊🎉. I’m glad you are going to continue doing what you love. Love all the new Stitchy charts from the new designer you highlighted 💖🥰🎄☃️🎄☃️🎄
I'm so happy you're back. Good 4 us. I'm stitching an all red bouquet and so happy it will be decor for December and February. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas.
So glad that you are continuing to make floss tubes. I love to see your stitching. I think my 2024 plans I’m hoping to do the same as you are not buying a lot of stuff as I was looking for things to stitch for New Year’s, and started going through every thing I had, and all my baskets, I just thought there’s no need to buy stuff. I have so many things I bought because I loved them and still haven’t stitched them. I need to count up my things I finished at the year end and see how many finishes I had I’m sure not nearly enough. What color and brand is your red lipstick? I love it.
I was so happy to see that you are continuing doing floss tube. You do such beautiful work. I also want to work on projects that are waiting to be stitched . #1
Sorry about the 'scheduling issues' but thank you for continuing to share your cross stitch journey with us. I do enjoy visiting with you and seeing what you are working on. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Looking forward to learning from you and seeing all the patterns you choose in 2024. Awesome about your book of days; impressive that you stitched that many days. Wahoo Kachoo!
I’m glad to hear Daisy is doing better. I’m sad to see Stitchie. Friends end. Sarah, you will do a great job. I wondered why this didn’t automatically pop up, but decided to click on it. I didn’t notice the #1. I hope your family has a Merry Christmas. Congrats on your new floss tube.
Awesome and congratulations on your new beginning with flosstube. You have always inspired me with your beautiful 🧵 stitching. You’re off to a great start looking forward to this new year and what it brings for you. Thank you for sharing
So happy to see you again and glad you are continuing to share your stitching journey. Look forward to seeing the Dasher Prancer Quaker progress. I hope it makes the 2024 cut. Regarding your 2024 plans, I am very interested what your criteria is or will be in choosing what to finish. Good luck on minimizing cloth & floss purchases. There seems to be a lot of exclusives or short runs of those things and buying when you see them seems to be the right thing to do.😊
I’m so glad to see you continued on with floss tube solo. I was so sad to see you were ending stitchy friends. As always loved the new floss tube and I’ll be sure not to miss the next one. Looking forward to seeing you next week. Until then have a Merry Christmas and hopefully we can see Daisy in the next one.
Congratulations on your first flosstube solo. I am keeping myself at 1- 2 projects at a time. Gives me incentive to complete so I can move on to the next... so many great designs out there, it isn't easy not to buy everything 😅
Love your video! First time watching you---my cross stitch plans this year will be stitching as much from the Proper Stitcher--love her designs. Last year was Lori Holt. Will be following your for sure. Love your projects---Can't wait to meet Daisy---I love dogs!! 2 or 3. Merry Xmas!
Great video, glad you are sharing again 🥰 Love the Brenda Gervais Reindeer Games ornaments, on my radar to get and The Light of Winter. I have the Noel Sampler and intend to make that a must to pick back up after the holidays. 1….5. Also running behind on the Snow Magical SAL but trying to get finished before she finishes it on the round board. 🙏🪡🧵🥰🎄❄️Happy Stitching 🐾😻
I am also going to focus more on what I have now. Low starts in 2024, no buying. I even decided on nit doing a new year new start. I’m doing some small Christmas ornaments from stash until the new year and then I will be focusing on my WIP’s. I went through and found things that were closest to being done so hopefully I’ll have a lot of finishes early in the year!!! Really enjoyed your first solo video!
Hi fellow Sarah! (I don't have an H though) I'm new and just found you! Funny enough I live in Ohio too, but very far from Cincinnati. I don't see many others from Ohio so that's cool. Never heard of blue flower before but thise patterns are so so beautiful, especially the acron one!! 1 2 4 5 6
Hi Leann! I got the drawers from Michaels and they have two horizontal dividers, so three compartments. I’ll try to remember to show them in an upcoming video.
Nice to see you~ so glad you are back. yes 2024 needs to be a finishing year for me too! 4 thanks for all your great thoughts and I’m glad Daisy is doing well
I’m so glad you have decided to keep going on u tube on your own. I enjoy seeing your stitching projects. Love seeing your finishes. I have decided to stitch from my pattern stash for 2024. I couldn’t get over your wip count, that’s mad 😂.Hope you have a lovely Christmas, look forward to your next video.
Hi Sarah I’m so happy to see you back! I remember when it was just you a long time ago and I loved your channel then and I know I will now❤ love your stitches so much and I also have Reindeer Games to do but I’m looking for some 40ct linen, I have tons of 46ct but no local LNS so I have to order some! I will I just haven’t yet the usps mess has me thinking I should wait a couple of weeks! I hope you and your family have a very Merry 🎄 Christmas until we see you again! Blessings! 😊
It’s so great to see you back with a new channel and video! My 2024 plans are similar to yours. I don’t have too many Wip’s ( 20~ish,) but, I picked up X St in Jan 2021 (after a 27 year hiatus 🥴😉😭,) and I’m not super happy with some of my earliest ones. So, I might borrow from the knitting community and do a “Finish or 🐸it February.” I have done an EXCEPTIONAL job of creating a large X St stash in just a few years, so I definitely intend on cutting back on my purchasing! I have been planning to incorporate Christmas stitching into my monthly plans AND I am going to FFO more frequently because I absolutely love decorating with my X St pieces. Merry Christmas and Happy Stitching!
I started planning my #24newstartsin2024 long before Pam started talking about hers. I was doing this because between fall of 2020 and this past summer I actually have enough projects kitted up I could do new starts for several years! Floss and fabric are the same! I actually shopped my stash to get the projects finished that were half-kitted. I really MUST start getting comfortable picking floss from my huge stash rather than running to the store to get more DMC (or specialty floss)!!! So excited you are continuing the ‘tubes! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
❤❤❤ Sarah you are looking lovely 🥰 beautiful finishes!!!! I can’t belive that you FFO your projects right away that’s some skills ! And I will follow your channel of course love you friends!!!!
How do you have your needle minder’s attached on the wall? What are they attached to? I also collect them but don’t have them displayed. Just found you today enjoyed you very much! Thanks for sharing, JoAnn
So, my name is Sara. I live in NE Ohio. I have 3 grown children all the same ages as yours. 2 girls and a boy. My son is the 20 year old and is the only one at home. I have one big dog. Lol. Twins 💕
I have Magpie and the moon in my start pile this winter. Your finish is great. I don’t have quite as many WIPS but my stash can sustain me for years. For 2024 I’m going to Stitch from Stash. I have enough patterns, floss and fabric to last me at least a year, so I’ll just keep a wish list of patterns that are released next year.
Congratulations on your new Flosstube channel! Your stitching is always beautiful. I like all of the patterns in your giveaway. 1,2,3,4,5,6. Look forward to more videos.
Great to see you back with your own channel. You’ve accomplished a lot this year - looking forward to more and maybe you could review a book now and then like you used to do.
Good to see you on flosstube, Sarah. I need to work on reducing my wip #, also. But 24 starts in 2024 sounds a bit fun, also. But I can’t go there😂 I am trying to be intentional about turning wips into do’s See you next time😊
Great to see you Sarah and welcome back! Great finishes. I'm also a seasonal stitcher and agree the xmas season is short. My plan is to work on winter and xmas stitching for a couple of months after xmas before i transition to spring stitching. I don't have many wips, but want to get some of them finished soon. I may do 2 hours on 6 wips each on new year's eve. 😊
Great video Sarah! I'm so happy you will still be enabling us with all your stitchy goodness. I loved hearing about how you track your stitching time. I also think your 2024 plan to finish 24 of your 92 wips is a great goal. I don't have that many wips but I also want to finish some of my wips that have been languishing. Cheers! Felicia 2
Hi Sarah, just found you and love your energy. I agree with your idea of doubling down on active WIPS....I can't imagine having too many projects going at once.
First time watching you! I came here after hearing Nichol mention your channel. It was fun watching all you create. Beautiful pieces! I used to be a monogamous stitcher for a long time, then I stopped stitching because I didn't have much time and I didn't feel like I could start something new before I finished what I had started. I came back to stitching a year and a half ago and started stitching more than one project at the same time. That was liberating but when I started going down the road of too many stitches at the same time, I decided that I needed to be more intentional about what I decided to stitch because having too many projects started was giving me as much anxiety as only having one project and not having the time to finish it. I like your idea for 2024 to finish 24 projects. I think I am leaning towards that too I have a few projects started and many charts bought so I am going to try to concentrate on those next year. I also want to finish some of the projects I finished stitching. I have been pretty good about finishing for the season I am stitching but I have a few from last year I have to work on. 2 please!
Congratulations on your new channel! I am so happy you are going to continue making videos! Love your 2024 plan, I have been back and forth on it, but hopefully, I will decide soon! Merry Christmas, and I can't wait for your next video !
So happy to see you back. Loved your finishes. You do beautiful stitching, lovely to see. Love the Amazon journal ideas. Thank you for sharing. Merry Christmas.
Enjoyed your video & looking at your Christmas stitching. Glad you are back at floss tube. The December Stitches have cute designs - especially with a Jeep! Good idea about finishing up wip’s over many new starts - space to store can become an issue. Merry Christmas! 3,4,5
Love the new channel! Thank you for inspiring me to create a 2024 stitching journal. I have three large, detailed, seasonal projects to go….24 finishes might be too ambitious🤔 Thankfully I’ve got a bit of time to decide what to commit to. Look forward to stitching along with you🥰 1 2 3 4 5 6
Congratulations on your new channel! Love watching all your projects and finishing. Went to etsy and looked at December Stitches they have beautiful designs. Especially love the nutcrackers 1 , 5 ,
Hallelujah! Thank you for coming back Sarah! I was soooo happy when I saw your IG post about you doing another flosstube! I really do enjoy watching you! And seeing all that you stitch! And I want to be like you when I grow up! Lol! I was trying to be mindful about purchases this year but that all went out the window! But I will try harder next year and be more mindful about what I’m buying! Also welcome back and happy stitching! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
Yay, you’re back! I am so happy you decided to continue doing flosstube! Enjoyed seeing all your wips and finishes! Gosh, you do finish and/or stitch a lot! I have to ask, how do you accomplish so much?! Over 90 wips is a lot, I don’t have that many but do have quite a few and quite honestly, it was starting to give me anxiety that I had so many unfinished projects! So this past year, I started pulling out my unfinished, picking one and would monogamously stitch that project till done. I have been picking a wip that was half way started or closed to finishing; those gave me more incentive to complete. Also, like you I realized that I have too much stash and needed to scale back as well. It’s been hard to not buy the next cute project that comes along! Don’t stress about doing a video this Saturday right before Christmas; I’m sure people will understand! One last thing…maybe post a new message on your old Stitchy Friends flosstube that you started your own flosstube channel (name, link, etc) so that they follow you here! Merry Christmas!
Sarah so very happy to see you back! I'm picky with my time on watching videos, but I do like watching you. Happy holidays and will see you soon. 1 5 6
So glad you are still doing flosstube! I am also trying to buy less. I have so much that I can stitch and ready to go. 1,2,3,4,5,6 Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas!
So glad to see you again! Wishing you all the best on your new channel. 2 3 I went right over and purchased a couple of their other charts, so cute! Happy holidays. 🎄
So glad you are back! #2 is so very cute - my sister would love this! I had a hard time finding you - I had to enter a capital S in Sarah and in Stitchery. Not sure why. I quickly subscribed so I won't have that issue again! So glad Daisy is better!
Glad you're continuing your floss tube, I've always enjoyed seeing your finished projects and 100 wips's - Lol. I hope Jenn will make guest appearance's. She is a hoot. Merry Christmas!
Your Acorn piece is fabulous!!! Love all of you WIPS and finishes too!! So glad you are continuing with a new channel I think it will be a huge success. I have started several Samplers lately and my goal for 2024 is to start a rotation so I get to stitch on ever one of my Sampler WIPS in a month’s time. Every other month I will work on my smalls for 2 weeks and finish off the month with Samplers. Like you, I don’t know if it will work or not but need to try to get some finishes done. Looking forward to your next video!! Merry Christmas and a Happy New year to you and your family. Hugs,Lynn. PS: I met you at Stitch Con 2023 and sat and talked to you and your Mom at your table for awhile. You both were so sweet and interesting to talk to.
I'm so glad that your video popped up otherwise I wouldn't have known about your new channel. Your finishes are so pretty and your current wips are looking so beautiful too. Wishing you and yours a very warm and wonderful Christmas.
Yay! Glad to see you are back and your own flosstube! I love nutcrackers 1,5,6 you will love your Quaker and monochromatic. I have that chart. One day ….
Great first episode! 1 5 6 bummer the schedules didn't work out for stitch friends. I hope you can still get together from time to time. I look forward to your new adventure!
I am so very happy you decided to continue flosstubes!! You are one of my favorites!❤️ As always, you didn’t disappoint! Merry Christmas to you and yours and happy stitching!! 1, 3, 4, 5, 6
So happy to see you back to your new floss tube. I enjoy watching you and all your starts and finishes. I'm trying to be more selective in purchasing as well. I have more charts now than I can probably ever stitch. Looking forward to the next video.
So good to see you again. You are the 3rd flosstube channel I watch that has split and on their own. I know how hard scheduling can be. We all get so busy. Merry Christmas 1 & 5
I'm so glad to see that you are back with a new floss tube. I loved seeing all of your beautiful stitching and finishes and was glad happy to hear an update on Daisy. Merry Christmas! Janine
