Excellent flosstube, love to see your plans. The last supper stitch is outstanding but I think your husband needs to keep you on plan with his cat otherwise he’s in for a long wait. You’ve reminded me that one of my daughters bought me an adult colouring book and pencils in lock down....another excuse to chill. Best wishes to you and yours.

I love your homilies so keep them coming! 😊 The story of Jesus raising the little girl has always been one of my favorites too. I know I have suggested to you that you should watch The Chosen. Have you had the chance to watch it by any chance? The story of the little girl (and also the bleeding woman) is portrayed in season 3 episodes 4 and 5. they are my favoirite episodes so far.

Thank you for opening the whole idea of couching to me quite awhile ago. It was a game changer. I used to hate to do any backstitching before because it didn t look natural to me. I enjoyed your thoughts and insights in today's video and agree on all levels. Maybe because we are both of a certain generation:) ,we feel the same on these issues. Take care and happy stitching.

You always delight me. In our church, if you marry in the temple, it is for time and all eternity, so you best really want to be with the spouse in this life and forever. That is serious and not play time. I was married in the salt lake temple and am still working at the marriage. I love your piece about the Savior not sleeping it is wonderful. I love your drawings also, it shows how rounded of a friend you are. One should have all kinds of interests. Thank you for sharing.
Good to see you again Mary Rose😃. Thank you for showing the couching again, I would've done it wrong. I've offered to 'backstitch' a friend's piece and I think couching would look much better. I think that lady was very rude, if she didn't like it she should've either done her own video or moved on!. The Last supper looks alive. I do like the Cat Harlequin has chosen too. It was my husband who wanted the big wedding, I would've been quite happy with a registery office. When I divorced after 25years together, we couldn't just say I don't love you anymore, I believe you can now. I married him thinking we'd be together one of us popped off but I changed, He changed. Coming from parents who had a messy divorce I didn't want my kids to go through what us girls did. Rightly or wrongly. My son is divorcing after eight years. I don't believe he ever loved her actually, thankfully there's no children involved. only a property which is going through in 12 days. Sorry giving my life story lol. Hi Mary Rose. It is so lovely to see you again. The amount of stitching you get done really amazes me. Your stitching is so neat. The lovely piece you did for me is on my wall by my TV and I was looking at it whilst watching you. All the pieces you have coming up are lovely. I was really moved about your story of your illness. That one would be a very special one to stitch. I really liked Harlequin’s cat as well. Your sketches were amazing. You say anybody can do it but you really wouldn’t say that if you saw any of my artistic efforts! 😹 I so enjoy to colour though. I use the paper blending sticks a lot but I also have some which are encased in wood like a pencil and I find them easier to use. I have a full set of Faber Castell Polychromos pencils. I absolutely love them. They are a bit pricey but very worth it because they blend so much better than cheaper ones. I still always keep one of my blending pencils with them though. I hope you will be cooler now Autumn is descending on you. I am looking forward to Spring here. I love seeing all the daffodils and crocus flowers opening up. I have started growing vegetables and I don’t have a greenhouse but my bathroom is resembling one at the moment! 😹 I will be glad when it is mild enough to plant them outside and get some other work done in the garden. I enjoyed listening to your marriage guidance session at the end! I will never get my day as a princess. lol! Anyway, I won’t hold you up any longer. I’m sending my love to both you and Harlequin. 🦋 Hello lovely 💕Kerry, Harlequin and I watched your video yesterday and I must say I was very impressed with Ashleigh’s garden in particular. I always enjoy the way you present your works and the things you say about them. Especially with Charlie at your shoulder- he is my favourite of all your cats. It will be nice for you when the warmer weather comes and you can potter around your garden. I suppose the primroses are out now too - they are a favourite flower of mine. I must say when that huge box of pencils turned up to our place I did think of you and that time you showed your pencils on one of your videos! The secret stitches I am doing are dimensions petites so I am hoping they won’t take too long to complete and send off. I am going to record my progress and talk about them for a video before I start on Harlequin’s cat and the other stitching plans I have. Wonderful video! I love seeing what you've been up to and your future ideas. The flower scene reminds me of traveling in the Netherlands. It will be a happy Summery piece. The little girl with Jesus just tugs at my heart. So gentle and loving. When I was 5, i got pneumonia. Dad summoned the Dr. to our house and he had Dad summon the pastor. I was dying. The pastor brought about 50 people with him, and they stood outside on the lawn by my window and prayed for 2 days. I dreamed of being lifted up out of bed in Jesus's arms. I have never forgotten the wonderful love and tenderness I felt. That photo is eerie in the way it depicts that same feeling. Harlequin's Warrior Cat is just fantastic! He will look great on that cloud fabric. Wowsers, the Last Supper pattern is awesome. It is so tranquil even though Jesus knew his future. It will be stunning. ❤
Mary Rose you are an artist! No, not everyone could draw so well. I know I cannot draw at all. We all have gifts from above and yours includes stitching and drawing. I wanted to tell you that I found your youtube not too long ago. I'm watching them in order so I'm behind. I just finished No. 18 (I believe, could have been 19) and it prompted me to watch A Man of All Seasons and I really enjoyed it. I'm a cross stitcher and I like to watch your videos because I love all the history you talk about. I've purchased some of the books about stitching, etc. that you've shown. Your flosstube/youtube is a real treat for me.
Looking forward to seeing all your stitching plans materialize. Loved your drawings as well. I haven't had my sketch book out in a long time. You have given me the inclination to pull it out. Harlequin did big with the colored pencils.

🦋 That quilt binding project sounds very interesting. So glad to hear that you are going to give couching a go. That is the reason I started my channel in the first place because I got so fed up with the Flosstubers I was watching complaining about backstitch and frogging; so I set out to let them know about couching and gridding to minimise the frogging! Great you reminded me of the married at first time new series as I have been watching them, just by curiosity, to try to understand younger people’s characters and behaviours; a bit of psychology! I must say the Australian series are the best and more interesting and I do enjoy the vistas and the areas they visit! I am not keen in my own country (UK) or USA’s series! I love to stitch but my eyesight is fading due to AMD and I have so many stitching projects I want to finish. I am doing my stitching on 16 count for now. 🦋 Thankyou so much donna - both for sharing and for your company. I had acute glaucoma in both eyes and had no symptoms. It was at a routine optometrist appointment (that I had nearly cancelled because it was my son’s birthday) when it was picked up. I was hours away from losing my sight in both eyes and so it was a medical emergency, I was immediately sent to a specialist. God really helped me that day! I love that you have another video.. I do the couching now too. Beautiful future projects you have picked out!! I think it looks like the wagon wheels are foreshortened view as seems that the wagon is going away from the viewer . They would look round if you were looking at the wagon's side rather than the rear. I too have done zentangle. and have coloring books, sketch books too. There used to be a coloring club for those doing it and would have get togethers. That color pencil set is the largest I have seen!! Your husband is sooo supportive of you and your hobbies!!!!!! I enjoyed you, as always. I agree about marriages. The last few weddings I have been to were more about the reception than the vows. I have found you need to not only love the person, but enjoy them as a friend. We have been married 61 years and are still having fun and enjoying being with each other.
