Hi, I am a new cross stitcher and I love seeing the videos because I always learn something new. However, I wanted to tell you that I know how you feel about your son, I had my son over fight during the war of 911. There was not a day or night that I didn’t pray for his return. I thank God over and over that he made it home. I was glue to the news and hugged my grandson so much and letting him know that daddy soon was going to come home, My faith in God was the hope I had to survive. I will also pray for your son. Once again, I understand you. The sunshine will come your way.

Your finishes are simply stunning! Love love love them! Your crocheted afghan is beautiful! I too crocheted the gem blanket. I of course deviated from the pattern but I love wool thread paint- her patterns are so beautiful and I love her tutorials. I had already made several granny squares of my own so I had to do my own math 😅 to make it fit but I did it! My daughter wanted it all in blues and aquas. I’ll send you an email with a pic of mine. All Picture this Plus is tight and feels thicker. I was told it is due to shrinkage in their due process. Try using a hoop, pretty tightly placed to help open up the holes. Happy Stitching❤
