Great reproduction, beautifully stitched love it. If I may share, I believe cross stitching can be done on a no count using a fine even fabric over the top of intended fabric and then pulling the threads from under the work, if that makes sense. Thanks for the Podcast suggestions, I listen to strange, dark and mysterious stuff 👍The 4x glasses are a good find. Thank you for the share and enjoy your day.

Those are beautiful! Thanks for the podcasts. I love listening while I stitch. I found one called “Haptic and Hue”. All about textiles and history of them. Very interesting! I’ve been listening to audiobooks forever!! Now I sometimes choose a book by who is reading it! I like all the “outlander” books. And recently found the Louise Penny-inspector Gamache series! Living in Texas it’s fun to listen to the accents and languages these provide!!

I've only recently started listening to Flosstube and love your channel. I'm also a bookaholic so love the sidestep into books in this episode. Shuggie Bain is brilliant. I always listen to audiobooks when I'm stitching as I take my glasses off and can't see the TV. The Robert Galbraith books are so good as audiobooks. I run a book club, but we just share books, so everyone gets to read what they want. I LOVE Elizabeth's bird - she's gorgeous.

Love it!! Definitely a must buy for me. Fantastic job reproducing it! I love that you’re into spooky ghost cryptid content because that’s my absolute favorite type of show. This isn’t a podcast, but a really good RU-vid channel called Project Fear where they investigate haunted locations. They just completed filming a UK tour and so the first episode will probably be out in a month or so! Would highly recommend 👻

Love Elizabeth's Bird....stunning. could the original stitcher have used ' waste' linen. Stitched through on top of the silk and then pulled away a thread at a time. Used often for monogrammed work??

She may have used waste canvas to stitch the bird ,its often used on garments ,sits n top ,stitched then removed without a trace

I’m not sure if you have Temu there in UK but they have just about everything including cheater glasses for a great price. Well they have everything for a great price. And the glasses I have are good quality.

I’ve been watching Momma for quite some time….and imagine I would act like Sew Sherrie if I happened to be in the same room!!!! However, with my southern American accent and your UK accent, I’ve feared we wouldn’t be able to converse well. But, after the list of podcasts today I’m no longer worried, I KNOW we would have a common language!!!❤❤😂😂 I’ve been bingeing Proof: A True Crime Podcast….about wrongful/suspect convictions. Something Was Wrong is another favorite, and I like Media Pressure…very interesting twist on the media. Trying to stay classy!!,
