I've done quite a few of their patterns on coffee/tea dyed fabric (I like my coffee/tea dyed fabric dark) and they have turned out beautifully. I've yet to stitch one on black fabric

I agree. My eyes cannot take stitching on dark fabrics since my cataract surgeries several years ago.

The beauty of cross stitch is that you have control over your color choices and fabric choices! Pick whatever you like that fits your decor. And there's free conversion charts to help you determine fabric size.

Love your new Trick or Treat design. I stopped cross stitching some 20 years ago and since watching you ladies have picked it up again. It is such a relaxing hobby and your designs make cross stitch fun again. My choice for the give a way would be 1,2,3,4 OR 5 .. have fun at the sunflower maze

Oh boy, I can't believe I missed watching last Saturday. I was doing water aerobics at the YMCA! Then I cooked and sewed and worked in the yard. I was busy.. but now I'm double dipping, two episodes back to back!! Love to you & yours ❤ I love all your designs!

1,2,3,4,5 love love love Trick or Treat chart and stitch! Garden related we made tomatillo jam today and tomatillo sauce. Tomorrow we’ll pick tomatoes for salsa or garden sauce. We are consistently in the 90’s for several weeks to come. I just painted my home office and hung a compression quilt rack. So many quilts and cross stitch finished to fully finish - up next. More decorating. Glad tomorrow may be a rest day (stitching / sewing)

Thanks for all your hard work on the cross stitch designs...so many to add to my to do list!! I love the Halloween trick or treat. 1,2,3,4,5. Of my 3 kids only the youngest liked a pacifier (she's now 27!!). When we were ready to wean her, my husband cut off a bit of the end. When it didn't feel right in her mouth, we asked her if it was broken. She nodded yes and we said "I guess you need to throw it away". We were so lucky that she actually threw it away and we were done!!

Priscilla,when i was younger i used to do all the lawn mowing as well,once our kids grew up and left home.DH has never mowed a lawn in his life.Funny story:,When he bought me my Honda self propelled mower back in the 90's ,he tried to use it and ran it right into the chain link fence,i couldn't stop laughing...These days my neighbor ,the landscaper does my lawn,but i still take care of all my flowers. As usual good video again today,and of course loved seeing Cash and how much he's growing up,sooooo cute. I planted a bunch of flower seeds a few weeks ago,just to see what i get this time.I've done it in the past and it can be a happy surprise when they come up.I can already tell there are zinnias,cosmos,cone flowers,and some leaves i don't recognize at all,so can't wait for them to get to the blooming stage. Have a GR8 week ladies,stay safe,stay well.

I am so disappointed the Lela Mae retreat was cancelled but want to keep everyone safe. I am loving all the new patterns, especially Trick or Treat. The garden videos are so wonderful to watch. I love all your creativity.All three charts are wonderful. Hmmm, the buffalo check witch is first to stitch. 1,2,3,4,5 are all winners I would love!!!!!

I LOVE to mow the lawn. My mom would not let us do it when we were teenagers; only she could do it. She thought we would cut off our feet or hands (exact words). But having done it at my house I can understand why that was her chore - it’s so mindless and zen. And when you are done it looks awesome. Calvin and Trixie is my favorite. 1, 3, 4, and 5

My favorite chart is Trick or Treat. I absolutely love all of the ornaments this month. I cant wait so see whatever awesomeness you both create in the future. Happy stitching this week. 1, 3, and 4.

The October truck is my fave but I also love the cuteness of the big corner pumpkin on trick or treat😊So hard to choose as they all come out great! 1,3,4

Love you ladies! I needed a hobby during COVID and started watching you lovely ladies after seeing you referenced on FQS flosstube. I'm wrapping my my first two patterns (Prim Village and Quilter's Cottage by Lori Holt). Just ordered fabric/floss this past week for your new Jolly July ornaments; watched your finishing video (THANK YOU!). I may make an extra set for my mum, who's stuck without visitors in her assisted living. And, I picked up the wooden pumpkin from Hobby Lobby in preparation for stitching your new Trick/Treat pattern when it becomes available next month. So excited!! Stitching is maintaining my sanity these days! 1, 2, 3, 4.
