My patriotic stays up until September. 21 years as a Navy wife has influenced me there. But I must admit that I do change up my quilts. In August I replace my patriotic quilts with a heart quilt for my anniversary and an Indian Summer quilt. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

Hi Priscilla and chelsea, I have been decorating for Christmas for the past 32 years. 8 quilts, stitcheries, pillows lots of decorations and a beautiful tree. Rest of the year I just don't have time and I honestly don't have the right space. I used to just change flower arrangements and the quilts I hang on the walls, but now that I'm back into cross stitch I'm adding more decorations and I'm loving it. I am a seasonal decorator…. Mostly quilts. I have loads of wall hangings, mini calendars quilts, mantle quilts, and table runners. I do not have a hutch to decorate, instead I decorate my mantle. I have a few seasonal cross-stitches, but after this year I will have many added to the quilt collection. August is sunflowers and honey bees in the kitchen, but I keep my living room a beach theme from June until the end of August. #5, 6, 7, 8, 10

I love to see all your decorations. Now that I’m a widow, I don’t really have much desire to do much decorating for holidays. I just now have got my stitching bug back! Have to get stitching - I have enough stash to last until I’m 150 years old! 🤣 Just got “And To All A Good Night” in the mail yesterday! Yea!! I love it and will be kitting it all up this weekend! You were both in rare form today...love the energy. My patriotic decor stays up all year long! When I decorate seasonally, I intermingle with the patriotic decor EXCEPT for my antique trug. In that, I change out the patriotic and replac with Christmas embellishments and put the patriotic stuff from it in various other places around the house. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

My summer decor is very simple and easy breezy. I put a buffalo check table runner and a sunflower or wild flower bouquet out. #3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. I just bought Pumpkin Picking Day and I can’t wait to start stitching it.

What I normally put out for decorations after the patriotic is camping decorations we live full-time in an RV so I do a lot of garden flags and things I can hang up outside. Have recently been decorating the inside as I am new again to cross stitch and I am working on some of the fall and Christmas cross stitch pieces now to put up during that time. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.

I have some summer stitching that I put out. I also have chickens and roosters that I want to stitch for this time of year. I have ordered sailboat patterns that I think would be nice as well. I do every season but necessary for each holiday mostly Christmas! 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

For August I am taking my inspiration from you both. I just downloaded several sunflower patterns from your Etsy shop. Probably won't get them all stitched and finished in August, but I will have fun trying! Thanks, Priscilla and Chelsea. 10

I just started cross stitching again. I sadly don’t have enough fully finished to decorate. But I have stitched most of your truckin along, that’s the first thing I’m gonna decorate when it’s FFO’d 5 , 6 , 9 , 10

I decorate for spring, patriotic, fall/Halloween, and Christmas and sometimes Valentine’s Day, but only in the common areas of the house. After patriotic, I decorate with sunflowers - kind of leads into fall. 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 Love Priscilla’s laugh - it’s contagious! Piper was in rare form today. I thought she was going to tag Chelsea several times. 😂

My patriotic decorations will stay up until my fall and back to school items go up for my piano students. But I do change my small pillows month by month. I like 1,2,3,4,5,7,9,10.

I really love decorating for the season, but fail most of the time. I have been playing around with the idea of using the wall baskets on the front doors and switching out something in and on them. I was thinking maybe sunflowers for late summer. 1. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Have a great week!

I tend to decorate haphazardly, or whatever makes me happy. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are the ones that interest me. Thank you for sharing your time and stitching 🙂

I grew Zinnias for the 1st time. I really didn’t think they would grow. They Did! Wow. Thanks for your garden tour. I love 4, 8, 10. I hate sitting in the dark too. I still have 4th of July up. I think I go to fall decor.
