I use the E-Z STITCH scroll rods/sets. Sometimes I change the side spacer bars out with the ones by Stitchery Design. Images Stitchery Designs The lap Stitch Frame, mini. Both can be bought on Amazon or see if your local needlework store carries them.

The parade of delightful do-overs was greatly appreciated…I have some of those patterns hearted on Etsy so now they will be a purchase. The Satsuma Street coloured skull is amazing…it makes working on black worth it. Thanks again both of you…you will never fully realize the way you uplift your audience with your special sense of humour and repartee.

With all that is going on in the world I can not tell you how much I appreciate your channel. I repeat many of them just to have a moment to smile or all out giggle. Thank you! P.S. I vowed to myself that I have too many Halloween projects and didn’t need any more until I saw “Six Characters Looking for Halloween” (thank goodness for Google translate). It arrived yesterday and has become PIP. Thanks, Julie🥴

Beautiful work, great WIPs & wow, very cool Finishes (with buttons/charms). We had grilled cheese (Cheddar & Swiss) sandwiches this week. The BC Zipper Kits were fun, I still have 1 left to do. Ironing Ugh. Awesome trio, but yikes over 1. I'm being good, 2am here not able to zzz so I'm catching up on floss-tube. Oh, the red box, bet it is chockfull. I'm doing a lot of Halloween stitching for some reason too. Drums look so fun, someday I'll make one. Nice Singing, haaaaa

Always enjoy your videos; always so much fun. And "delightful". And Jane, your Oct 31st looks fantastic. Your fabric choice is perfect, the vines and stars, and the work you did on the crow and pumpkin.... you should be very proud. Can't wait to see how you completely finish it. Sail Away came out beautifully as well. Even though Shepard's Bush is not my style, that piece is so pretty. And not to leave you out, Julie, you certainly made a Jolly looking fellow. And your 3 little Halloween pieces? Adorable. And your drum!!!! I have jars of my grandmother's buttons and I love to add them wherever I can - front or back. I'm gonna take a little nap now - see you next time!

Always a super awesome video….when I was younger…I would change out my seasonal stitch decor…now that I’m older…I leave most of it out forever…I love seeing all that I have stitched and it makes me happy…plus I don’t have to put it away! I'm very much a fall/Halloween colors guy, and was loving this video so much, as was indicated by how many mistakes I kept making in my stitching while watching this! Great finish on Oct. 31, Jane. I need to get on that one soon, myself. I was kind of unimpressed by it, until I saw the patterning in the pumpkin when someone else showed their finish of it. Julie, your FFO's are all so well done! That 'Something Wicked' box set is really spectacular! You two are my faves here.🥰 hope you'll be back soon.

Jane, your finishes are beautiful. Hoping you enjoy your "vacation" and are able to minimize time working while away! Also, I'll be very excited to see your Red Box from Hands Across the Sea. Lucky you!!! Julie, your Halloween box and accoutrements for Bella are astonishing! Very impressive and creative. When convenient, it would be nice to hear more precise details about how you decorated the box. I know zero about paper mache boxes and how to decorate them.

Love your flosstubes, Jane and Julie. As a newly returned stitcher, I have a question with which I know you can help. I understand that I am the final judge of how many threads to use but, generally speaking and starting from the lower counts, is there a suggestion of how many threads of floss/over how many threads of cloth per fabric count? I’m usually a 2 over 1 on 16 count but I’m looking to try higher count fabrics. Thanks.

I know that phenomenon of not remembering you have ordered something! You need to give it a name (I love the names of your segments)! I received an order confirmation of a quilt kit that I had gone back and forth about. Thank heavens for that because I had almost ordered it a second time…and then I was lamenting “having missed out”!!! 🙄Can’t wait to see what is in your red box! I’ve got several HATS WIPs going but none finished yet. Love seeing what you are stitching on, buying, and finishing! I’m disabled and the last few years it has gotten so painfully hard to decorate for the seasons and holidays. We don’t have grandkids but I still want to decorate. I feel better mentally when I have my stitching displayed about my house. Hubby helps lug boxes in from the garage and especially helps at Christmas. Barbara

Wow as usual your projects are gorgeous! Thank you for showing what you do if you have a miscount, it is very helpful. Kea and Pam (from Pam and Steph) cohosted the 12 starts on New Year’s Eve. If you wanted to do it with another person hosting something just add additional stitch time on your 12 starts that you just started. Sometimes an hour is waaaay too short. Love the board with the handle great idea.

I so enjoy your videos! Jane, I have so much respect for your bravery to order fabric on line. I am so afraid that I will not like it, so I just stick with called for fabrics. If the shop I order from does not have the called for, I hunt the internet to find it-if I can’t find it, I do not order the pattern, and then feel so sad. I also thank you for sharing your mistakes. I am learning to forgive my one missed count, and trying hard to leave it and not tear out massive amounts of stitching. Thank you both for your inspiration, wisdom, encouragement, and entertainment! I put out my fall/Halloween decor the end of September. That way the effort is worth it for the couple of months to enjoy. Plus a lot of it is for my grandkids.

Is anyone doing the quilted witch cross stitch? I’m new back to cross stitch after 35 years and have no local shops or stitchy friends to ask questions. Lol I’m a loser stitcher 😂

Jane, do not feel bad about the bird and pumpkin. I just finished it and had no idea there was a pattern til I was almost done. It DID feel like an easy project when I started it but I had the same problem with the bird too - I wound up just winging it. 😅 Love your projects and the videos ladies.. thanks for keeping me company while i stitch.

Good morning ladies, I watched you last night on TV. Julie free the girls, we only see you from the neck up. Wearing your after hours bra is nice but there is no need. Thanks for the floss tube. Holding on for one more day.
