Deanna, I enjoy watching your videos and especially love to see the cute fur babies. Great progress on that ship stitch, what a beast! Sounds like you were at stitch con B and so was I. Sorry to have missed you. Great thrifting finds. I’m never that lucky. Happy stitching!
Deana, I always love your long videos. Gives me time to stitch while I look at your beautiful work and wonderful finds. That floss cabinet was an amazing find. I’m sure you don’t remember, but I was lucky enough to get to meet you this year at Stitch-Con (the weirdo with the selfie stick). Hope to see you next year. ❤❤❤
Lol! Yes I remember you but not by your RU-vid name. 😃 are you on instagram? I need to see if I'm following you if you are. Thanks for watching and have a great 4th.🇺🇸
I can’t believe you found that floss cabinet for $19.99! What an awesome fine! I would love to find something😂 like that! You really found some great free charts too! Good to see you again! Keep cool!
I so enjoy your video. You get so much done with such large designs. For the first time, at age 80, I am trying Silk4U silks. Stitch Brat on floss tube tried it for the first time and liked it, so I decided to dip my toe in that pool.
I'm glad you enjoyed my videos. I don't feel like I get very much done! 😃 I have not used silks 4 u but have heard alot of stitchers like it. I've only stitched with npi silks and Splendor silk. Have a great week! ❤️ 🌻
Happy Birthday!!!! New subscriber from across the pond. Love your video, and Tootie is just the most beautiful little furball!!!!!! Hope you and Hubby get better soon, hugs
Glad you got to Stitchcon that is awesome. Sorry to hear you both are down with your backs hopefully they can fix what's causing it soon. I sleep in a recliner for about 5yrs bad back surgery and sciatica pain, Congrat's on the cabinet Wow!! so beautiful.
I totally agree with your opinion about the Prairie Schooler reproduced charts. Not only are they on cheap, flimsy paper, but the print quality is not good. The print is not very dark, so not very easy for me to see. They could - and should - do a better job!
Yes and they cost alot more. I paid 12.50 for the bird chart. Probably 3 cents worth of paper and a 5 cent plastic bag. Hope you have a great weekend ❤️ 🌻
Hi, on the Ohio pillow.... The plane represents the Wright Brothers, I think the moon represents Neil Armstrong, and Ohio was the 17th state to join the Union. So glad you enjoyed Stitch Con!!!
Hi Deana this is Connie down south of Branson. I was interested in your back problems. I have the same thing going on. I actually had surgery last year L4 and five vertebrae and now I’m having problems with my SI joint and I’ve had the injection contrast CT scan and he has come up to the conclusion that he needs to put a bolt in my pelvis. He said I’ve got too much space in there. That’s what’s causing me so much pain and I’m telling you the pain is terrific. I wake up at night I can’t even walk, I think that’s from laying flat so I sympathize with your husband but anyway I’ve got an appointment coming up in September. I think it’s more like a consultation but I’m sure hoping he gets on the stick and does this other thing because this is excruciating and I’m tired of it, but that’s part of it. You had a great haul! I love thrift stores some of ours of closed. I wish we had some better ones, but we don’t like I need more junk.😂 but I love long videos so just keep talking and stitching😊
Hi Connie, my so sorry your also dealing with SI issues. It is truly painful. I go to next Dr. That my new dr. Is referring me to since he does not do surgery on SI joints. I have had 1 set of injections in my SI joints and had improvement for a couple of weeks. My new and current Dr. Told me the dr. I'm getting ready to see on the 30th probably will want to do another set of injection and if that doesn't work then probably will have the joints fused. You can get more info if you go to RU-vid and search SI joint fusion to hear how they do it. I'm in pain 24 hr. A day and after being up about 20 to 30 min. I just have to go lay down. The days I force myself to keep going is when I really pay for it the next couple of days. Please feel free to email me at drgentry@att.net and we can talk in more details and privately.

Hi Deana. Hi Miss. Tootie. It's so good to see you both again! Deana, your stitching is absolutely lovely. Big Red Ship of life fantastic! I've been thinking about starting it and seeing your's makes me want to start it even more (Santa, I've been really good this year, I promise 😇). I'm glad you had a great time at StitchCon. What a fantastic haul! I hope you have a very Happy Birthday! !
Thank you so much. I sure was a long video! My husband gave me my ship chart for Christmas a couple of years ago and I think I started it that day. Of course I had to tell him to order for me! Have a great weekend ❤️ 🌻
Good to see you and Miss Tootie today. Glad you had a great time at Stitch Con. Wow some haul especially from the freebie table. Sorry about you and Steve's back still giving you trouble. Weather has been crappy in Jersey also...rain and winds with alot of wind damage. Wishing you a wonderful birthday! 🎉🎂🎈
The "sugar shaker" is likely a muffineer, used to shake powdered sugar on muffins and waffles at the breakfast table. There's a thifter out of Philadelphia named Scott and his channel is the Old Curiosity Shop. I've learned alot from watching him, while i stitch of course 😂! But you might enjoy that channel, he finds fantastic things in thrift stores and flea markets and he mostly deal in items from the first half of the 20th century, the 20s-60s. I enjoyed seeing your projects and finds.
The ship is looking great, nice progress. You found some real treasures, especially the Sampler, & that box, both are gorgeous! Its been very unusually hot here in WI, & rain almost every day! I hope you both find answers to your back problems soon. Marilyn
Thanks Marilyn. I feeling lucky to have found both of them. We had a couple of storms this week that just dumped the rain. We have closed roads in several areas. We are more rural communities so lots of low areas that flood. Have a great weekend 🌻❤️
Just thought I would mention there is a NICE campground about 20 mins from the Sharonville Convention center called Cedar Creek. It’s near Kings island amusement park. Hubby has stayed there the past two years while I was at StitchCon and really liked it.
That's good to know. We have stayed at winton woods campground the 2 yrs that I've been at stitch con and it's really nice. I will make note of this one in case we can't get reservations at WW. Thank you🌻❤️
You and I are a lot alike! I love staying home with my husband and my pups too! We are starting to look at smaller motor homes and if we ever get one maybe we could go to Stitch Con too! Your red ship piece is beautiful! Thanks for sharing your treasures and goodies! So much fun! I will have to write to Hoffman about the Prairie Schooler Charts! Hi Tootie and Hannah and all the pups too! 🐶❤ Have a great rest of July! Love ya! 🥰
It would be so much fun if we could camp at the same campground and go to stitch con. If you get the chance be sure to let me know. It's always good to hear from you. Have a great week❤️🌻
Hi Deanna! I was at weekend A, so sorry I missed meeting you in person! Ohio was the 17th state admitted into the Union, red carnation is the state flower and cardinal the state bird, also the Wright brothers were from Dayton Ohio so that is the reason for the plane. Love seeing all your thrift and antique finds! Hope both of you get some relief for your backs, this getting old stuff is not for sissies! Happy, happy birthday, enjoy your special day!
Thank you so much Maureen. I appreciate the info about Ohio. I was thinking about the 17th and that was what came to my mind. I did not know about the Wright Brothers being from Dayton. I hope you have a great weekend ❤️. And thank you for the birthday wishes 😊 🌻
So happy to see you! Love seeing your stitching and all the stash! I like stitching ships and lighthouses. I did a large Mayflower for my son years ago and just finished a little one for myself. Most of the ships and lighthouses were given as gifts. Now I’m trying to do some for myself. lol love your antique finds. Happy 4th!
So great to see you again...I've missed you. I wish I could go to Stitch Con..too far for me to go, but I love hearing about your time there. Love your stitching and the haul. Stay healthy and keep stitching. See you soon.!!!
Fun to hand out with you today I’m cleaning and doing all the things for a friend who’s coming home after 112 days in the hospital so I’ve truly enjoyed your video today!❤ love it all and blessings!
Wow! What a find with the floss box! Hope your and Steve's back get better soon. I have arthritis in 3 of my vertebrates and am trying to get through the season at landscaping for a garden centre. Tootie is such a good pup as always! All the best to everyone!
Good to see you again. I agree with you with the Halloween Issue of Just Crosstitch. I thought other years were more to my liking as well. Your stitching is amazing. Till next time...
🎉Happy birthday. Sounds like you had a good time at stitch con. Praying for you and your husband. I hope your back problems heal soon. Liked all of your stitching projects. Happy 4th.🎆
