I could tell Justine's laugh while stitching in the dining room after hours. My goal is to get down to your shop this summer. You two are so funny and entertaining. You made my night. California wine is the best! I have two wine clubs from Central California and I love their wines. I used to go wine tasting a lot when I lived in Los Angeles. I moved further south to Orange County so I don’t get to go as it’s pretty far. I wish I had an LNS to go to. The two that were near me closed during covid. You mentioned Needle in a Haystack which is in Alameda, CA. I have a friend who lives a couple of hours from there so when I go visit her in June I think I finally might get to go. I hear that store is amazing and I have always wanted to check it out. She also said we could go to San Francisco where there is an unbelievable fabric store. So now that I’ve rambled on and on, thanks so much for the video. Your videos are one of my favorites.
Hello Ladies! I just found you and I am so glad I did!!! You had me at Mrs. Beasley because I've been wearing glasses since age 12 months - yes, I year old. Mrs. Beasley comforted me so much! So much in fact that I had to have two; the first one was loved to threadbare... hence the second... Love your banter and friendship, and of course your gorgeous stitching. Love your floss tubes! I actually get to go to Quilters Station often as I live close by. I also like CC too! I would have freaked out if I had been in one of those stores and saw you there! I’m new to cross stitch and have lots to learn and no one to teach me. Maybe a retreat is where I should start.

I have been subscribed and watched several of your videos, but just had to comment today. Loved the Naughty List punch needle finish. I agree, Punch Needle and Primitive Stitcher is a tongue twister, wine or not!!🤣🤣 Really enjoyed hearing about all the fun that we all had at Quilter's Station. Did you know that the owner of CC and Company is the designer for Rosie and Me? She also has a Scottish Terrier like I do and that is how I found out. I was also in the next to last row, but on the right side of the room and I think you two were on the left side last row. Your finishes were beautiful, and I especially liked the deer with the antlers (and laughed at Shelley's, hope I didn't misspell your name, description of those antlers). What a hoot!!🤣🤣 I didn't get a lot of stitching done either, and met Delnora. She is a real sweetie! Thank you for shouting me out! I also have a Flosstube and I took loads of pictures and videos and posted them on my Flosstube #124. Hope if you haven't watched that you will watch. You guys are so much fun!! My dog, Sadie, needed to go potty in the middle of your flosstube so I paused the video and let her out. After she was done, I was rushing back to watch the rest of your video, caught my little toe on a chair, and broke my toe!! I woke my husband up so he could help me tape it to my toe next to it. He asked me if I wanted to go to the ER and I said NO! I want to finish watching Justine and Shelly!! Silly man!! LOL All your stitches are lovely! And the repartee has me howling (and snorting, truth be known)! Happy stitching!!

Awesome WIPS. Will miss meeting both of you at Stitch Con. I will be there weekend B. I have been a part of the stitching community for thirty years and have met so many wonderful friends. I just got back from a stitching retreat at Salty Yarns, Berlin, MD. If anyone has the opportunity to attend one they should go. It is wonderful to talk and share our love of needlework.
I recently found you ladies. All I have to say is, what a hoot! I love you already. You two are truly like myself and my BFF with quilting. I wish I still lived in Wisconsin so I could drive to see you. I live in PA now. A little bit of a road trip…. Lol now question? How does the WIPCO work! Looking forward to many more videos 😊

Another fun video to watch! Beautiful stitching all around. I wholeheartedly agree about attending retreats. I went to my first one last fall at my LNS & it was an absolutely wonderful weekend. To be able to stitch, talk, and laugh with fellow stitchers was priceless. I was in awe of the work these stitchers were doing & learned so much from them. Finding your people is a wonderful thing!!!!

funny, kind and inspiring (as usual!) love spending time with the two of you 😊 wondering if you might consider, or if other viewers agree... i'd love to see more stuff you have in the shop on your podcast. as a rookie stiticher, i don't really even know what's out there as far as stitching cloth, threads, tools etc. no local shop near me. so i'd like to order (again) from welcome stitchery, but get a bit overwhelmed looking at all the website choices-- cuz i don't know what i'm doing 🤪
Great stitching! I had a finish last week, but I haven’t posted it on IG yet because I have to iron it! 🥴 We went to Dyeing to Stitch 2 summers ago, and Ann greeted me by name at the retreat. I was very impressed! It was nice to meet you, and I will see you again at Stitch Con! Behave on the drive there. (I’m really curious now about the Culver’s incident😂) P.S. BTW and FWIW, Shelly, I have been using the pin stitch when starting my threads for a couple of years now and no problems with it. I have yet to figure out how to satisfactorily use it when ending my threads, though.
