For not being able to stitch much, you sure do get a bunch done. I love how you have everything kitted. I did that last year for Maynia in January and haven't completed a thing so, Maynia is on hiatus for this year. I need to get Feliz Navidad back out again because yours is looking great. So good to see a new video from you and be enabled by you! I have to say I can 110% relate to being an introvert, but I am also painfully shy. Because of that, I’m also often thought of as being standoffish. Actually I’m just the opposite. I want to be outgoing, but just can’t. I will often sit alone rather than ask to join someone at a table. I have made quite a few friends at retreat so I’m looking forward to October.
Wow! I can 100% relate to you. My family moved to US from Germany when I was four, grew up only child and I also am most happy alone. Thankfully my husband understands and since he works for the railroad he is gone a lot!

Oh my love all the finishes and the metal ‘lol doughbowl’ and all the haul. I am not able to buy all I wish as hubby and I both on disability pensions however I love to watch everyone and am happy for them. Once in a while things pop out. And now it’s wool applique! So might try that amidst stitching. Lol don’t have enough hrs in the day! So glad you son is okay and pray your hubby gets pain relief from his surgery. Hugs on 3 yrs and great videos!

I completely agree....Josh's haircut is soooo cute on him. I cannot imagine how scared you were when he got injured. Glad to see he is mending well. Will be praying your hubby will also have the best surgical outcome and recovery possible. I think I understand what you were trying to explain about yourself. For me as well, it's not about not liking or getting along with other people. I love my friends. It's just more about also being content and even craving time to be on my own. Goes along with being raised pretty much as an only child I think.

Wow! My life sounds like yours. Germany, Winona, then my mom took me to the west coast. Most introverts don't like idle chatter, feels like a waste of time...I am thankful Josh is well, kids (no pun intended) getting hurt is very scary. I’m so sorry about y’all having to thin down your herd. I know that you love them 😢. I know that you mentioned that the surgery won’t move all of Gary’s pain but crossing fingers that it’s not a bigger mess that the surgeon discovers when he opens him up. Praying all goes well. You need to stock up that liquor cabinet - nursing sick husbands is trying on that last nerve sometimes 😂. I know that mine is SUPER needy when he doesn’t feel well. You’d have thought he’d have delivered 10 lb twins breach when he had his last kidney stone. 😂😂. Glad Josh only got a bump on the head & stitches. When those tractors flip over - it’s so scary. Happened to my grandpa once. His didn’t have a cage & the didn’t turn out well.

Great video Michelle! I have to start my Mary P. now! I also have the Stacy Nash pin keeps kitted as well. I bought comic book boards from Amazon to make my thread keeps. It's a great weight for them. I don't glue decorative paper on mine. I think I paid like 13.00 and got 100 boards. I'm trying to put all my DMC floss on them. Lol We have so many of the same charts!! I might need Stacy Nash's Animals now .Thanks for enabling me!!😊

I am so much like that, I can go days in my own little world and when I’ve had too much human stimulation, I’m about to go crazy and just want to hide in order to get some alone time. It seems as though you are a INTJ on the Briggs personality scale which is what I am. I want to come to your house and literally steal your adorable autumn vignette with the tray and flower in it! All I need is more charts, but what ya gonna do, that’s what we get when watching our favorite flosstube videos!. You look at your son the same way I look at mine🥰, we are waiting to see if he’s been accepted to the EMT/Firefighter program at college, only -15 spots open this spring and like 100 applicants!!- stress! Extra weight does not affect your beauty in any way...every time I see you my first thought is “she’s so beautiful”! I guess introvert probably describes me as well. I really like being alone and as you have seen when I’m at retreats where there are a lot of people I have to get away pretty often to be alone and regroup. OMG! I would have been terrified if my son had been hurt like that, as I’m sure you were. He’s so cute and I love his haircut. I hate that your husband has to do this surgery so I’m going to pray that he has minimal pain and that you both weather this with a minimum of scary moments. Your backing fabrics are so perfect for every one of your finishes. I have such a hard time picking fabrics even though I have about a trillion fat quarters. Maybe that’s the problem..I have too many choices. I had no idea how much I love The Scarlett House patterns until you showed these. Congratulations on the three years, I didn’t discover flosstube until about 18 months ago, but I love your videos. My husband has noticed my cross stitching has certainly been more productive since watching flosstube. It has been my constant with all our moves (it’s been a lot). Although I had a sister I certainly understand being by yourself, though I think mine is because I can’t find like minded friends. I tried a stitching group but the people there weren’t my type, they seemed to be a bit competitive on who knew the most and their stitching was something I would never stitch, I love samplers and primitive stitching. Thank you Michelle, I’m new to stitching. I own pretty much all DMC. I’m starting to think about fancy floss. So your advice to buy floss per chart because of the dye lots saved me a lot of tears in the future. I love your videos and IG thank you for all you have taught me..
