Oh Dear!!! Pneumonia is no joke. So painful. So glad you are doing better. I hope you’re not anemic. You have been through it lately. Hopefully your body has what it needs to fight it all. I won’t stitch a thing without Markup! It’s that one tool that would be me not enjoy stitching so much if I had to do without it. Happy stitching and stay healthy!🫶

Love catching up with you! Glad your feeling better! You should just throw in a little notecard on the butterfly project to remind yourself of the stitchy plan and one for the gridded project to remind yourself of the glitch in the grid. Blessings!

I gotta try scanning a paper pattern into mark up r-xp, I am absolutely loving it right now…even more so than pattern keeper😮😂 I manually count stitches with paper patterns so if I could get them into mark up…what a game changer!

It must feel SO satisfying to cross the projects off ur board there, and to look at it and see all "cross outs of accomplishments"! It makes me want to do something similar with all my wips and planned starts. I mean really I just want to start everything and I seem to have a 123 problem...that or my cat is ordering stuff off my wishlist when I'm not home😂 (yea, ima stick w the latter excuse) lolol. I had that crud as well...at the same time I was scheduled for a pacemaker. Luckily I did not have a fever on that day and the Dr did it.

wow, you had a long month on your hands.... glad that you are feeling better!! I wanted to chime in as a markup user that you can move the grid lines around. if you click on the gear on the left hand side, scroll down until you get to the grid setup. under the on this page section, there are 2 options. play around with those options until your gridlines are where you want them to be. as you click the plus or minus symbol, you will see on the right hand side of your chart where those lines are being placed. there are options for both vertical and horizontal. i LOVE markup for my paper patterns and can now do all of my patterns now happily. I was a huge fan of mystic stitch but they are now out of business. i bought a ton of patterns from them and drew them all in manually. no longer do i have to do that .... the dimensions finish was beautiful!! i may chime in and edit my comments but the markup portion i had to chime in so that your grids are not off. just move them where you want to and you will be okay. definitely play around with the settings in there. i prefer my squares in blocks of 5 and you can change your area to anything you want. take care if i don't edit my comment lol!! edited.... with dimensions, some of their floss colors have a dmc conversion to them. Search for dimensions to dmc and you may be able to convert some of the threads. if so, you can manually add the colors into the key on markup. if you get that far, let me know lol!!

Let me know if you would like the DMC conversion chart for Dimensions. I requested it from Dimensions because they discontinued the pattern that I needed more floss for. In the end I'm just going to convert the colors to others and restart the pattern on a different fabric.

Hi Ailarra I hope that you start to feel better soon. I know it’s not fun. I have had Bronchitis - Acute Bronchitis - Tracheo Bronchitis in the past. Gosh girl! Feel better! I was down for 1 weeks and finally went to get checked out after 6 days of not being able to keep anything down the worst cough ever and I had pneumonia too. Just finishing up my antibiotic now. Take care of yourself!!!!

Ailarra, I found your New Year WIP parade(s) a couple of months ago and did not write your name down so luckily this weekend your latest video popped up again and I did write it down and subscribed. You are amazing! I do not necessarily do full coverage (yet) but I love and appreciate those folks that do. I like the fact you are doing what you love and it’s not the same old charts that everyone else is doing. You don’t know it but I’m “spending” my weekend with you catching up on your videos. You have inspired me to try a full coverage so I’ve ordered a kit from Golden Kite….and it just happens to be a Unicorn 🦄 😊. Also, I appreciate your willingness to discuss your mental health which so much of what you say I can relate to such as anxiety, depression, etc. My cross stitch is my therapy and I appreciate the cross stitch community. BTW, I’ve been to Stitch-Con three times and it is an amazing experience and you would be amazed at how it feels!

Hi Ailarra! I hope your crud dissipates quickly. Mine has not and will probably get put on another antibiotic later today. I already had a course of 10 days for walking pneumonia, felt better for 2 days, and then started back into it all again, so will see what my doctor has to say today (Friday). I wouldn't be surprised if he puts me on a steroid and another antibiotic. The cough is still horrible and I am running hot and cold literally every few hours even though my temperature is running 97.1 to 97.5. Can definitely relate to no appetite. My entire food intake today was a fried egg sandwich that my mom made, coffee, and Diet Pepsi. Congrats on finishing your Mason Jar kit, the rocking horse ornament, and your model stitch! It is a gorgeous piece! Glad to see Veil Nebula come out to play for a bit. Wow, the inside of Dragons of the Sabot is really coming together nicely. Bet it is exciting to be outlining the dragons now. I always love seeing you but really just base it on how you feel on when you film again. You need to be able to fully recover after everything you have been through already this year plus I know you have to catch up on your business. I just ran into a huge change in dye lots with DMC 3363. Luckily it was in an area of grass so I just kept going with it and I had not even had the first skein of 3363 for that long. You forgot to give your Rocking Horse Ornament a star. Hope you get better each and every day my friend! Happy stitching. Dawn in TX

I've watched this video while on my momcation actually and really enjoyed it, even though it was a bit rough. That's the kind of video's I love cause it shows real life! Btw my momcation is not very fancy. Just out for the weekend in a nice hotel where I've just been eating, sleeping and cross stitching xD I might be misstaken since at that moment in your video I was marking off my own paper pattern xD but when you were crossing out the christmas ornament "rocking horse" I think you forgot to put a star next to it.
