Loved the yoga stretches just what I needed, definitely do more and your explanations about the different muscles and why we need to stretch them often during stitching so helpful. Amazing progress on all your WIPs, everything always is so beautiful. Happy stitching ♥️

Thanks for a great video Laurie your stitching is gorgeous and I loved your yoga segment…I had an extradural haematoma caused by surgery 13 years ago so needed a craniotomy all of which left me with left sided weakness and so I’ve been struggling for years, the physio was crappy and I felt as though I was left hanging but I’ve since found an aerobic programme I’m actually able to do which I’m really happy about…I really appreciated your yoga lesson and would love it if you would do yoga on your Chanel although I am here mainly for your stitching😁your little dog is gorgeous see you next time😊

I must have been confused as I thought you got Parkland for Japanese Zen Garden, so now I'm curious what you'll be stitching Zen on? I have it kitted except for fabric. Could you tell me what system you're using for all your Swarovskis and all your beads, please. I like your recent sparkly purchases.
Parkland might be the color for Japanese zen moss garden which was why I hesitated on the name. I don’t recommend going through Silkweavers, I will say Valor by PTP is similar, but unless you find it in an LNS it would be a looong wait if ordered. I just use the bead organizing boxes for my Swarovskis.
