I keep wanting to learn to crochet and I have beginners kits but I haven’t yet started; as you said, it’s not like I need another hobby! Great projects, I love your videos.

Really enjoyed catching up with you and your stitching. You seemed to have even more than usual. I am loving seeing your monochrome pieces and think that the wild orange green brown fabric would look great with a similar project on it in maybe brown. I love how you said you had some small starts but then showed a page finish 😁 your needles must have been on fire. Glad you had a great holiday and hope that you and the girls settle into your new routine ok. Take care x

Lovely projects! I have the guardian, I think I am a few months out from starting it. I am skipping the border though - TW borders are usually a huge part of the design, but this one seems pretty basic. I will switch the fabric and leave enough border just in case I decide to do it, but I am pretty sure.

Love all the starts and the upcoming ones! My wish list always grows when I watch your videos! LOL! Looks like your vacation was a beautiful time! Glad you were safe from the awful fires. Just such a sad situation there. With your large full coverage pieces that you stitch - do you work from a master set of floss for them or kit up each one individually with all the threads. If using a master set - have you ever ran into dye lot issues? Looking forward to the next update! Happy stitching and crocheting! - Laura

Most of my full coverage have their own set of floss after I had a dye lot issue with a previous HEAD on background fill. Something smaller like the full coverage turtle I’m working on doesn’t because there aren’t any big fill areas. Going forward I might just buy colors that are needed for big fill in areas. DMC is not getting any cheaper and my joanns seems to be out of a lot of colors. 💙🐻

You get so much done each month. Do you have a certain rotation?

No rotation really, I just try to set little goals for the projects I want to work on and try and push myself past that point where I want to put it away to get to that goal like a page finish.
