Congratulations on the new sewing machine. You earned it! I love the patchwork project bag you made. And your little drum is precious! Great job on all your finishing.
Love your FFOs! And What a Galah is so cute- I've never seen it stitched up before. And the kookaburras on Hawk Run Hollow- perfect! Really well charted. Thanks for sharing your stitching.
Your finishes look amazing, that tiny drum is so good! Great job on all of them! Enjoyed seeing all your project updates, especially the full coverage horse project. I think cutting off the sides of it will not take anything away from it and it will still look stunning. Good idea! So excited to hear Deanna received the chart, that's my mom! Thank you for your kind words and loved seeing you today!
Hi Mel, I think it's a great idea to stitch those animals all in a row, they're lovely! I've never thought about making a drum but seeing your cute drum made me want to make one too. 🙋♀️
So wonderful to see another video from you! I love how you celebrate our country in your stitching. Those kookaburras were so cool! I LOVED seeing them! I'm looking forward to the next one. Avril
Loved seeing all your FFO's. Way to knock out those projects!! You've just raised the bar with your sterling silver zipper pulls 😁. Have a great remainder of the week & stitch on!!
Amazing FFO's Mel🎉. Love seeing all your progress. I think your project bags are beautiful and I love the fact you've made different sizes. Your sisters present to you is charming lol😜. With any luck you'll be back next month. Enjoy every stitch. Take care out there🤗
Great to see you again Mel. Wow, your finishing is fantastic. I have not tried a drum or a flat fold. Better get watching some tutorials. I have so many things that need to be ffo's. You have inspired me to have a go. Love seeing all your projects. Those horses are stunning. Happy stitching.
All your Ffos are gorgeous, Mel, and lovely to catch up with you again. I love your project bags, hubby bought me a sewing machine a couple of months ago and I want to make some myself but unsure with how to insert the zipper. I'll watch the video that you recommend 🙂. Loving the kookaburras they look so good, we have quite a few in Dalby, Qld too. Have a lovely stitchy time, Bronwynne and you have been missed 🙂
I like the lace "booboo" on your project bag. Holy FFOs! I've also decided to only FFO once a month and just knock it out. Those charms are so cute! 🦋🌸🦋🌸
You’re finished are awesome and I’m always a day late and a dollar short at watching them. Happy Golden anniversary twice. I’ll look forward to your next video 💕
Thank you for the shout out. 😊 I am now up to date with your videos. 😁 Autumn Squirrel & Gingerbread turned out gorgeous. I’m looking forward to seeing your finish on Farms. It’s so interesting all the cute personalizations you’ve made to it!
Your FFO’s look amazing. You inspired me to join the semi sane stitchers. I’m hoping the challenges will bring back my stitchy bug. You do a great job altering the charts to make them so personal. I enjoyed watching. Have a great week.
Thanks so much! I've been wanting to try a strawberry so it's been a bit of luck getting this chart. You have some great FFOs this time, I especially like the drum. Thanks for sharing and happy stitching!
Hi Mel, Another lovely video, really enjoyed seeing all your stitching, being Irish we are said to "have the LUCK of the Irish, so let's hope its true 😉
HI I love your finishes. The kooburras!!!! Great. them in real life but great. :) If you want to quilt but don't want to measure, look up improv quilting, that might be up your street. Lovely to catch up again. Have a good week. Catherine
Are those ducks in your water of Hawk Run Hollow? Isn't is so much fun when something turns out that you changed the colors on! I think your birds and koalas need to be "life in the trees" since they aren't all birds. And BTW, they are all soooo cute.
Mel!!! Missed your face! Love your Aussie changes in you HRH piece!! Also did you see the gang gang cockatoos by Fuzzy Like a Fox? They may look nice on your long piece? When you were describing it, I kept thinking of a table runner.
Hi! Lovely to see you back! Congratulations on your new machine and wonderful finishes. Prairie Romance is going to be fab. There's a quilting technique which doesn't use a ruler for cutting - improv. It looks wonderful and may suit you.
I'm so late to flosstube lately, I've missed you. Your finishes are gorgeous. I procrastinate so much with the drum and flat fold finishes but I do really want to try them. I look forward to seeing more of your projects. I've a long term goal to collect the Hawk Run series and had planned to do the shores for a new year new start but cannot get it anywhere in Australia sadly. I'll just have to be patient won't I (lol). I'll give the 'luck of the Irish a go'. I have to . Dad was Irish and I'm yet to visit Ireland. We sent some of his ashes back to some relatives to spread for us and I need to go to that special place and pay my respects as my aunt ashes are there to. Hope to see you again in a video soon. Take care.
Wonderful finishes!!! I just love visiting with you. Prairie Romance is growing so beautifully. Adore everything you shared! Have a wonderful day my friend!!!
