I just discovered Needleberry Stitcher and she is a Mirabilia and Haed stiticher. She has collected all of the Mirabilia's and she had a 2 part showing of all the 100+ charts she has. I believe it was video 9 and 10. I enjoy your videos because of hygge. You are the perfect example of that in your cheerfulness and positive attitude. Thank you for being so uplifting. Well, Thanks a lot! I went to Amazon and bought the Antiquarian Stitcker Book. I paused your video and had to go and look. So, after checking out all three they had, I bought one, and I love it. Also, thanks to you, Miss Enabler, I'm now looking at NPI silks, but we'll keep that quiet. You are now talking about winter into spring. I live in Alaska, 60 miles north of Anchorage so I can so relate about November till April before we see the grass again. I can't wait. It's been a loooong, snowy, below zero winter. See - No Planet B below. I have also seen it used by a number of stitchers for "stars" in various holiday pieces. The Blanc is not really white, more grey. Paired with B5200, you can get a bit more white appearance. Owl Forest just posted a new free pattern - The Cats have arrived...for those of us who really love Owl Forest. Thank you for sharing your stitching. I really enjoy your floss tube channel. I also just discovered etoile floss and I like using them . A pattern suggestion for you is Merry Birds by Heartstring Samplery. Beth Twist is using this floss in her pattern. I haven’t stitched the pattern yet, but it is a Christmas pattern she released over Christmas. It is very cute.
We lived for 10 years in Dawson Creek, BC. Our spring was not much different than yours in Winnipeg. You are right, spring did not really happen until all the sand/dirt that was dumped on the roads all winter (to make them safe to travel on when it is so cold salt won't work) was cleaned up. Such a mess but so necessary. Anyway, you miss southern BC, which is way different from northern BC! Having said that, Winnipeg has a long, hard winter and I don't envy you that. Thanks for sharing your fun stitching and enthusiasm!

Etoile is very good to work with. I'm using it with one of my projects I'm working on called Winter Wonderland from an app called Silks. I love the way it looks. I'm using all Etoile except for the parts that's using white. I don't mix it with regular dmc, because I love the look of Etoile. So, I use two strands of it. Im loving it. So. Enjoy using your Etoile lol. I really love how your Hawk Run Hollow project is coming out. It's beautiful!!! I love watching your videos. So thank you very much for doing them!!

Love your stitching and I’m also in love with Owl Forest designs and threads. I’m stitching on Cloudsfactory’s There’s No Planet B and it calls for 4 etoile colours. It’s how I discovered the etoiles, they are so great to work with! Enjoy ☺️
I was going to suggest the "There is no Planet B" but you beat me to it. I did the SAL last year. Amazing pattern that comes with good descriptions of each endangered species.

Furst time watching and enjoyed your video. You are so upbeat and positive. When you were talking about the DMC Etoile, I have one pattern that calls for C725. It's a pretty, sparkly gold color and it works well. The pattern is called Christmas Shelf by MadeForYouStitch, a Russian designer. It's so cute. 4 shelves with these little mice.

Oh my goodness! I felt like you did this floss tube just for me. I love Owl Forest. I have completed Wizard of Oz and have Alice in Wonderland waiting. Have started Map of Hawk Run, but am not as far as you are. I also have a small start on Zodiac and my first Mirabelia I had so much fun seeing where you were with these projects. Your work is gorgeous!🤩 i have been trying to stitch in hand but sometimes I don’t like my stitches. How do you decide to stitch in hand versus a hoop or q snap? And how do you stitch in hand? I really enjoy the sewing method but I like my stitches better in a hoop.
Hello Margaret, Thank you for watching my channel and for your question! You are the first person to notice that I left out the faces. I had originally stitched the eyes and lips however it didn't look so good so I took them out. The chart did have an option on how to stitch the faces stitching one over one and I may just have to give that a try!
