I live in the Toronto area. Yesterday the CBC news showed the ending of Bingo’s funeral with the Police officers in uniform and at attention. I was sorry to hear how he was shot. Thank you for sharing these Police K9 Officers with us.
For your afghan - if your blocks are acrylic and you block them via steam then they'll stay blocked after washing. That is known as killing. Do NOT touch your iron to the yarn. If your yarn is a natural fabric (wool, bamboo, etc.) then they need to be blocked after each time it is washed.I don't block them ahead of time since I just make them for use by the family. I really enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing! I'm so glad you're recovering so well after your surgery!
Thanks so much for your great advice ❤️ I normally use a blocking board and I’ve heard of steaming but haven’t tried it. Thanks for writing and letting me know. And for watching ❤️(this is really me 😂)
We are definitely sisters in life :) As for the doll I have a Korean doll my maternal grandmother sent me as a little girl and I bought a glass domed display piece, wood base and she sits under the glass dome in my living room.
Wow, your fair is impressive!! Our local fair is nothing like that. I'm glad to hear that your doing well with your recovery. You've certainly gotten a lot done! #4 Prairie Schooler crow please. 🐦⬛

Hi Stacy! So happy to see you and flosstube! I'm glad you are recovering even if slowly ♡ (I'm hearing slow and steady wins the race. LOL. I don't know where that came from 😂) Cuckoo Bird Sampler silk is so pretty. I agree, Sleeping Beauty's face is gorgeous! I enjoy Kenny's flosstubes too. Thank you, Stacy. Puppies are cute! Love the teddy bears at the fair, the pink one. The quilts are beautiful. Take care and have a wonderful weekend 🌷
Super video, Stacy!! I loved everything!! Those Bella Filipino’s are 😲!❤ Before I forget, yes, I block Granny Squares before assembling. The blue and yellow fabric is gorgeous! Hi 911 Stitcher, As always love seeing all of the wonderful "EYE CANDY" that you share with us. So, please to see you are recovering from your surgery. Please don't overdo it. Keep doing good "self -care". I really like both fabrics, the blue and yellow and the tan. Also, the Prairie Schooler booklet would be wonderful to add to my collection. Thanks, be blessed and keep stitching. Alberta from Southern, MD....🙂🙂💛
Oh! You will love touring Buckingham Palace! They treat you SO NICELY! We toured that in 2006! If you enjoy music at all you can go see Jimi Hendrix's apartment! Lots of neat stuff! Glad your surgery was successful! Enjoy your retreat! That blue and yellow fabric is gorgeous, but a neutral tan fabric is also always handy! #4
Glad to hear your mending is going so well! Your trip to England sounds fantastic, would love to visit Buckingham Palace .....one day! (I have been able to see the outside!). Love everything! Blue & Yellow Fabric, tan fabric, Halloween Book.

Love seeing your projects and envious of your Palace tour - hope you will share what you thought of it. I love the 1 - blue & yellow fabric, 2-tan fabric, 3 -Halloween book and 4 - Crow Chart ....especially #4 😊
Poison Apple looks great, glad you switched to 32-ct, 1/4 stitches on Aida is not fun. I'm sure Aimee is going to have fun charting Jean's sayings. Is that green thing on the LK to go under the bow button?? I've never tried Fort Night Fabric or Colour & Cotton fabric, the blue & yellow fabric is so pretty. Tan fabric is always a good neutral. Halloween book looks fun. Cool Fair Pics, I've stitched some of those x-stitch charts, so neat! Great Quilts.
Stacy, I’m so happy that you’ve had an easier time with this surgery! I’ve been through a couple of orthopedic surgeries myself recently (car accident) and it’s no joke. Love your finishes, wips and haul. Thanks for sharing. Blue and yellow fabric, tan fabric, halloween book and # 4. Have a fun weekend!
Great video, Stacey! I am so glad to see that you’re doing so well after your surgery. You look wonderful. I love the blue and yellow fabric, and the tan fabric and the Halloween book. P. S. You and your husband always look so happy. How sweet. 🌺🌷❤️💕
Love your videos! Tan fabric, #4. I've not made a crochet blanket like that for MANY years. I would probably block it after it's put together but mostly because I'm lazy 😂
Once again I loved your video. You show so many projects. I loved the Quaker Stitch, Fabric (I have wanting to try Colour and Cotton), orange project bag was be great for the fall.

Hi Stacey. I'm not George 😂 So glad to see you are recuperating well. I've had both knees replaced and I didn't bounce back as quickly as you are. ❤ 1 blue and yellow fabric 2 tan fabric 3 Halloween book 4 AsThe Crow Flies I rarely stitch Halloween but that kit you showed went right into my wish list at 123Stitch. I love the vintage look in this kit.
Thanks for sharing your latest progress. I love the Halloween and As the Crow flies books. Crochet wise, blocking depends on the squares. If I need to block before joining I do but if the blocks are pretty much the same I just join. After the blanket maybe have a go at a granny square jacket❤️💕♥️
So glad you’re doing well after your surgery. Hope you enjoy your trip over the pond to us. Bring a jumper- we’ve been having quite a wet and cold summer I’m afraid! I’d love the blue and yellow fabric, the tan fabric of the Halloween book. Many thanks for opportunity xx

Two police dogs killed by gunshots in my area recently. One in Toronto (Bingo)and one in Woodstock(Taz). Tragic and unnecessary! You look and sound great after your surgery. Here's to healing well and quickly!
Cuckoo Bird is so pretty with that silk. I will have to try it. I’ve never stitched a Mirabilia/Bella Filipinia type pattern before but when they came out with The Poison Apple, I am may have to! LOL your stitching of her face is gorgeous! Just beautiful! I am so glad you are healing well and feeling better. Anesthesia can be a real pain to recover from. Thanks for including the County Fair Pictures I enjoyed them! Happy Stitching! Rebecca C.
Glad to hear your surgery went well. Could you hear me talking to the tv about Blueberry Buckle? That was a Gerber flavor and my favorite when I was a baby - sounds like it was yours too. I loved it so much that my mom got it for me every once in a while when I was a pre-schooler. They don’t make it any more. I looked when my children were born in the 90’s. Love your variety of stitching. You make me want to stitch it all. Hope you have a great trip in September- one of my bucket list items for sure. Love that 3 Halloween book.
All of your stitching is beautiful. So glad your surgery went well. That blue and yellow fabric is perfect. Thanks for sharing the fair video. Ours is coming up next week.

Hi Stacy! Greetings from a former So Cal girl living in Minnesota. I never comment but you have me so melancholy this afternoon thinking about the Orange County Fair ❤️. Such great memories for me. I grew up across the street from Knotts Berry Farm and the Buena Park Mall 😊. Anyway, watching your video as I am doing the little beads on my Cuckoo Sampler!!! Such a great coincidence had to send a big thanks and hello!

Oh so glad you mentioned “a George” 😆 I had just commented on another Utube video and a guy in full dress uniform, 🤣 said he read all about me..Yada yada yada and not threatening but just totally funny. If he only knew my age and 👵👵👵 and lifestyle it is entertaining. After your previous video I had to order an Owl bag from Pinky Promises and have to say it is truly amazing and will go back to the shop, a personal favorite bag . Glad you are getting back on track and hope you and your hubby have a marvelous vacation. Blue yellow fabric, Ophelia tan fabric and Crow flies. Take Care 🪡🧵🙏👵

So happy to see you again!!! Love your dogs! Blue and yellow fabric is just lovely. Was the pumpkin picken fabric part of the club? I am so ready to start looking at Halloween books. So fun to stitch. The Letistitch you showed today was awesome. Are there a lot of half and quarter stitches? I have never done a Prairie Schooler. The crow looks awesome. For some reason, I love to stitch birds, but I don't like to be around them. Walking on crutches must be miserable. Wishing you a quick recovery!
Thank you so much for the health update. I am so happy to hear how well you are doing. I just had surgery (July 6th) and I also had the same experience with the anesthesia.
