I always enjoy seeing your progress on WIPs. I have been doing little stitching due to medical issue I am currently fighting. But When I feel good that is the first thing I pick up. Stitching soothes the soul!

My favorite patriotic holiday is Memorial Day because I was born on Memorial Day. 🙂 Beautiful stitching Lori. I’m always so impressed. 🌷🌺❤️💕

I love doing patriotic stitching year round. We are a military family so we have red white and blue in our decor except during Christmas. My son is currently in the army, making a career out of it. He will be able to retire in 2 years!! I love your videos. You have such a nice voice to listen to.

I might have to invite myself over for that peach tea, it sounds fabulous!! My husband was Air Force reserves for 32 years, so it’s patriotic year round for me! I do especially love Memorial Day and Patriots Day….we will never forget! I love your videos and look forward to them.

Love your RU-vid clips, Lori. Coming from Australia my favourite patriotic day is ANZAC Day (Australian and New Zealand Army Corp) which is celebrated on 25 April every year. Having three sons I like going to the dawn service to commemorate those men who sacrificed themselves for our freedom.

I love the 4th of July and all the celebrations that go along with it! I've been fortunate to live in cities that go all out with firework shows that are simply spectacular! What great finds during your junking!

I just found you. July 4 is my favorite because our family always went to big firework shows when I was younger. I love to smell peaches and peach tea is lovely!

I love Independence Day because my mom’s birthday was July 3rd and she was a firecracker and I miss her😊. Thank you for sharing your recipe for peach tea. It sounds so refreshing!!

If I had to pick one patriotic holiday it would be 4th of July/ I’m the mom of 3 boys and when the older 2 got to the age where they made plans with friends for the 4th I started taking my youngest to downtown Washington DC for the fireworks, just the 2 of us, and we did this until he became an adult and joined the Navy. 3 years later he always sends me a ‘flashback’ photo. Always so nice to see what you’re up to, happy stitching!

I’m looking forward to seeing your block party block when you’re finished. I’m doing the same one, but I pulled a piece of fabric from my stash. It’s a little bit darker blue than what the picture shows, but it’s looking very pretty so far.

Loved you video! I recently completed Tetelestai and was surprised at how fast it stitched up given how intricate some of the foliage appears. I went super simple and used DMC 817 on a nice creamy white linen. It’s one of my favorite finishes.

I've stitched a few October House Fiber Arts charts, very fun to stitch. I misplaced my "Snip, Snip" chart for a Stitch Camp challenge next month. My hubby will say you'll find it in the last place you look. Men! I got your message, TYVM, yay! Ummm, Beading "wire". Add a point protector rubber or plastic thing to the scissor's end, so they stay together. I think they make those for knitting needles. Favorite holiday to do my Patriotic stitching is Memorial Day and I will continue right through to July 4th. Nice Crystal light "cheater tea" lol I sort of do something like that with their strawberry mix.

I prefer Memorial Day, we celebrate with the community for motorcycle ride to raise money and honor those who served. This year there were nearly 500 who participated.

I loved seeing the Gorgeous cross stitch, it is so pretty. I will have to get me that pattern. Have you started Pretty in Pink yet?. I received my fabric from Barefoot Needlearts, today. She dyed me 14 count. I love it! I love 4th of July. I have decorated my home in red, white and blue. I have only cross stitched 2 pictures, I need to do more. And 1 little pillow.
