I thought it was a really good tutorial. I love working with numbers and data for work. I would like to see more tutorials about this or if there are other apps that can be integrated with CANVA. I am going to try Flourish. Thanks for the tutorial.

Hello Ronny, I have always been reluctant about using data. However Flourish and Canva made it very simple. Please that will be great to have more tuto about flourish and Canva.
Hi Kriss, Same for me… I’ve never been a data person and rarely use graphs or tables in my work. But it’s true that Flourish makes it super easy. I’ll make sure to create new videos using Flourish once they integrate further with Canva, which shouldn’t be long imo 😊

Great tutorial and a nice fit for my channel: How to be a Business Analyst! I'm assuming I can use the Cava "record yourself" feature to add a voiceover to the presentation so it's a proper complete RU-vid video mp4. Is that right?
Are you part of canva headcount? Please as a matter of suggestion, can you pass on to canva executive team, the possibility of integrating geographic information system or GIS. GIS is a geomapping of a wide area usually a city, a region, state, or province. It has great use for real estate, retail/wholesale strategic planning, transportation planning, competitive scanning, local instore marketing, business expansion, realtime mapping. There are so many GIS softwares that are free to use, and there are freemiums and there are paid ones, too. Canva can integrate with both free and freemium types of GIS.
Question: Can Flourish display a chart in real time. So, if I was going to do a quiz and I want the data that is collected to connect to Flourish and produce a chart in real time with the collected info - is that possible?

The race is interesting, but as I can see, the type for the column can only be "123". Therefore, if a date is not simply a "year" as a number (for example : 1972), then it can'not be used for the time series. Is there a was to use more complexe date types (for example yyyy/mm/dd) ?
I'll have to look into this. Flourish was recently integrated (at least part of it) with Canva, so I'll talk about this in a future What's Hot in Canva video 😊
Are you able to explain or do you have a video showing how to make a word two distinct colors? An example would be a name with the top half in one color and the bottom half in another. Many thanks.

@@naturalskincarehaircare3971 you can add text two times. First write one word like natural then add it to the photo. Then write another word like skincare and add color on it. Hope you understand. Sorry my english is bad.
Hi there! When I download my animated graph, made in Flourish and inserted in Canva, I only get a the first datapoint, not the whole animation. Is this not possible to do?
@@TeamRonDi What about when you downloaded an animation made in flourish and then embed in to a video document in Canva? I downloaded as MP4. Then animations are not present in the downloaded video
!! You can't download the animation, you can only use it for web presentations. This would have been helpful at the beginning... but nevertheless thanks for the video!
Question, is it possible to have different data points animate at different times? For example with the first line chart example instead of having each line go from left to right at the same time, alter the time so the comes out and then another one after?

I created a Line Race Chart in Flourish, Added to a Canva Presentation, made a few design additions like you did, but when I Download as I normally do to use this as a video on my RU-vid channel, the Line Race Chart is totally absent. I only see the text I added in Canva. Any ideas?

Hallo, permission to ask again, to make sure that there are no wrong steps. I subscribe to Canva Pro and then I open a design service. So, during the design process I used free and pro elements. how can we use the flourish charts to use it on articulate storyline without loosing it's animation. I have tried to download the flourish chart as canva slides and downloaded it as mp4 to upload it to storyline; however, the animation didn't work. I will be very grateful if you explain it. thank you!
Flourish is no longer supported with canva and is being removed as an app add-on. Is there another app that can perform the same functions and works with canva? Thank you.
Do you know another program or how to do it with Flourish where once you import your flourish design into canva or PowerPoint, the design is still interactive. I’ve noticed if I import my flourish design into canva, if I present directly from canva or download as a pdf or mp4 file, the interactive data is not supported.
