I am going to create a comprehensive series of flow drills and trapping techniques for different types of attacks. In this particular video, I will focus on techniques for countering a straight punch. The video will demonstrate how to counter a right-hand straight punch from the outside. In the next video, I will also cover techniques for countering a left-hand punch from both the inside and outside, as well as a right-hand punch from both the inside and outside, along with switching techniques. It is important to practice these techniques with the left hand as well.

One of my favorite drills. Also very good for hand eye coordination especially when you pick up the speed. Very Nice 👍🥋☯️

In my humble oppinion you are pushing the "lap sao" too hard which is is really a tan sao... signaling the opponent by pushing him to the side.and the person who attacks changes side right after the attack with a side chop, way less awkward than the opponent changing side with a bong sao. going under a bong sao feels a little backwards instead of doing a classic lap sao after a bong sao.. anyway that's how I was taught. seems more efficient and fluid. that third pak sao should also be closer to the opponent's elbow with the punch at the same time for speed. You are a little too far apart as well in my humble opinion. but nothing is right or wrong in wing chun really. Master Wong has a good tutorial on this drill. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8jMRT98sWIQ.html

Thank you for those insights my friend. I'm not a pure wing chun practitioner, however, I use it's practical concepts. Hubud drills come from Filipino Kali and they do share a lot with chi sao. Same concept pretty much, but distance can very. There's many forms of Hubud and theres a rich variety of transitions.
