It helps with dopamine as well. There’s a whole neuroscience behind it but honestly just listen to an Andrew Huberman video on it and ur good lol he goes in DETAIL that guy is crazy
If u can, buy curl specific shampoo and conditioner. If too much $$$, just buy a curl cream and “scrunch” your hair w it after a bit of towel drying. Let air dry. Cream will help your curls curl more and have less frizz xx
shampoo 1 a week. Of course if you had shampoo often in your life even with just 3 days your hair are gonna be oily and gross but you have to resist. Just takes a month of 1 max 2 shampoo a week and you’ll be fine. For shampoos, that really depends on your hair. Just to let you know, a chemical shampoo or an “organic” one doesnt make much difference (there are a lot of quality high value shampoo that are not 100% natural but still better than some organics one). I’ll suggest you to watch some youtube videos OF PEOPLE that do not sell you products, because they are all shit! There are many tiny youtuber that are barbers and stuff that will suggest you the best one for your hair. 2) Its really important that you take good conditioner and a mask. A mask is really good if you have damaged hair because it makes a lot of difference! Really repairs your hair ;) 3) Do not fall for any kinda of shit they sell on the internet, you are not experiencing hair loss: there are a lot of factors that might contribute to many hairs falling out…ask yourself these questions: 1) Am I living a very stressfull moments in my life? (stress contribuites a lot) 2) Am I having a good diet? (i have a deep knowledge of this topic. Basically, it not only depends on the quality of the ingredients but also on how far are you with the diet: if you are following a 500kcal deficit for example, if you take it for a very long time and if you’re aiming for 8 to 12% bf then this might also be a reason why you are are falling or just simply seems less healtier) 3) Am I using the right products? Also, do not overdo with the styling shits :) i suggest to use cold water always, for the shower and for the shampoo (even if its just 10degree and not 0degree). Cold water helps retains the moisture and stuff like that. DONT USE monoxidill, dont buy those “biotin” gum because they are poinltess. Pretty sure monoxidill works but if you stop using it everything just goes away, and biotin😂 man i can assure you that if you have an healty diet the least thing to concern about is biotin😂 Try some integrations if you want, to me personally the only REAL supplements that i suggest are Vitamin D (if you dont live in a hot place or simply if you dont stay out to sunlight for at least 15minutes) Ashwaganda (Improves the sleep and reduces the stress. Has zero directs effects on testosterone, but because it helps with sleep and stress well it usually improves the axes ipothalamus-iphofisis-gonads so its beneficial for DHEA and testosterone. 3)Omega 3 is really good, has tons of benefits just search it onlines because im kinda tired of writing hahahaa AND also, eat plenty of eggs might help in general with your life, of course not fried ones.
He probably meant that he uses no specific shampoo or conditioner. I also have long hair, longer than his...and it all depends on your hair genetics. Not everyone is going to have as amazing hair as he does. Mine looks like shit compared to his, mine is wavy and it has a lot of volume. It looks best in dry weather. So, If can say...keep your hair away from moisture If you have a lot of volume to your hair. When you use conditioner, mainly use it for your ends, don't condition your scalp. That's what the shampoo is for, for your scalp. Before you apply conditioner, make sure to dampen your hair, remove as much water from your hair as you are showering, then apply it. Make sure to leave the conditioner sitting in your hair for 4 to 5 minutes or so. If I can recommend a conditioner, use Nexxus brand. They make some decent ones. Shampoo is almost all the same, shouldn't worry about it too much.
