Africanized bees are aggressive to humans and other bees but their honey is much sweeter than European honey bee honey

I had bees and they were the most friendly creatures. I didn't expect much just used them for a micro farm and used to suit up and sweat to tend them. Saw my ex wife mess with them in a bikini and they never bothered her so from that point on it was shorts no shirt and doing my thing. They knew I was there and what I was doing and didn't care. We got to where we didn't even smoke we'd just talk to them walking up and they'd fly out and land on us, check us out and let us get to work. Working with bees will really change your views on them they are intelligent and know more about what's happening than we give credit to them for

This company does NOT stand behind their overpriced product. My son gifted me paying over THOUSAND DOLLARS knowing that I watched their videos for several years. My 7 frame Cedar Flow Hive 2 fell apart within few days of MILD South New Jersey USA in May of 22. This company treated me like a stupid idiot and NOT replaced the over priced broken items.

Good question. Prob not. Most beekeepers don’t like the hive because of this. Take too much honey and the beehive won’t survive

@@Nico-pk3lr This problem isn't the Flow Hive's fault though. Beekeeper's at every level should know to leave some honey for the bees.

Depending on your region and how many times you harvest, put them on fields of flowers etc... You can expect up to 30kilos per hives per year.

Long use plastic is a fantastic material: light, easy to transport, very little energy to mold, lasts for decades and it's resistant to elements. The problem is single use plastic

Look up Swiss Beehive House! They are gorgeous! Plus, seems like a better way to keep bees. I never understood why people put their hive boxes out in the full sun, instead of along the treeline? That's where they naturally go....

Harvesting honey with Flow Frames is a gentle process which is designed to reduce the disturbance to the bees.
