Hi Matt great tutorial. Works well but I would like to also add responses to the newly moved file and can't seem to get it to work. Any suggestions? Dave

Thanks for these two videos. Your explanation is very clear. Can you tell me if there is a difference in Power Automate pricing between the personal and the group variant?

This is actually pertaining to Forms, not Power Automate. A personal Form simply means that the user created the form inside Forms directly using the buttons for form or quiz. A group form requires the user to a) have an M365 Group or team that they are member or owner of b) navigate into the group in Forms first, then c) create the form or alternatively, as Matt shows, move an existing personal form into the group. This will make it a group form. All of this functionality in MS Forms is part of your M365 Business or Enterprise subscription, so no extra payment there. Also, this can be all be handled with Power Automate for M365, which is the Power Automate that comes with M365 Business and Enterprise, so no extra payment there either 😅

Great video there! I am also wondering if there's any way around copying large files (> 100Mb) submitted through Form into a SharePoint library or list as attachment. Power Automate won't accept files > 100Mb, how would you achieve the requirement then?

You may need to use the SharePoint HTTP request feature or Azure or similar to shift around large files. (Edited because I forgot you can adjust up to 1Gb now). I believe Power Automates move file action is limited to 50Mb however.
