Don't know if I could pick a favorite - they're all gorgeous.... I think it would be cool to do a blanket with ALL the flowers - no repeats :D Like... a flower with a few rows of granny border (so it's not TOO loud)... and then a different flower with same border. Then border the whole blanket with the colors used in all the flowers to tie it together.... hmmmmmmm.... Thanks for sharing!

Also, about the flower granny square blanket: why not pick the flower of the month, and do a square for each month crocheted together in a lovely lacy binding? So like January's flower is the carnation or the snow drop, February's is the violet or the primrose, etc. Got this from the Old Farmer's Almanac that also gives the mean for each flower.

Hi Christa I love the sound of your 2023 blanket and I think it would be a nice idea to do the flowers the month they bloom like when you get your birthstone or flower for your birthday month , not sure what the twelve flowers are but sure you could look them up if that was possible to do it would be great . I have seen a few and ended passing on them cause I realized I am a person who needs verbal as well as visual tutorials. I think maybe if you are a person who can read a pattern the non verbal tutrorials may be fine...I cannot. 😂

The answer for my favorite flower for a granny square blanket would be a cactus flower because I live in Las Vegas and I can’t grow much else. Cactus flowers are amazing and beautiful but live only a day or so before they go away so having it on a blanket I could enjoy it every day. Hmmm!😉

My favorite flower and was in my wedding bouquet is a Stargazer Lily but not sure if you could figure out how to crochet one so I'll pick my next favorite that I actually grow in my garden which is the sunflower. Love me a good sunflower.
I’m new to your channel and I think I have watched all of your videos so far! Lol! But my favorite flower is the orchid, I have them all over the house, but not symmetrical enough for crochet I guess. My second is plumeria. They are absolutely gorgeous and smell so lovely.
I love all kinds of flowers and your idea for a year long cal with flower grannies. Please do it! It doesn't even have to start in January. For one flower, maybe African Violet, but using a dark teal or turquoise instead of green for the leaves. Another idea is to look up the birth month flowers. Most months have 2 types to choose from. I'm not sure if that would be too limiting tho. Whatever you decide will be wonderful. Again, please do the flower grannies cal blanket❤
I love the idea of flower granny squares! Gerber daisies are my favorite flower. I love the idea of 12 different flowers made into a blanket. I would not watch a video without talking. I tend to have them playing while I am crocheting, spinning or dyeing yarn. Look forward to the flower granny squares.
Oh love the pink dahlia granny. I'm using a fancy granny now from Crystal at BagODay. She used it for a Sesame Street baby blanket. Making one of those for an expected great grandson and a different one for a teenage granddaughter. Love it uses front post stitches. Also going to make a couple of your baby blanket patterns. Love you two and your tutorials the best.
