As always good Session by Meera, However I observed one thing At 25:06 you are publishing the platform event on (Exception_log__e) but the error record is getting on custom Exception__C object. So I think you missed showing the subscribing of the platform event flow which creates a record on the custom Exception__c object
The subscription for FlowExecutionErrorEvent using Apex Trigger was only supported until v48.0. After v48.0, the subscription for FlowExecutionErrorEvent was supported only by Flow and Processes.

In customexception class, u r throwing some generic message but still in UI, you got the flow error.. In autolaunch flow.. Is there a way to display custom error for autolaunched flow?
