He beat both Sweet pea and Chavez with 9 years between them, and this was back in 1996 when a fighters age doesnt usually go past 35.They were both 33 years old and Chavez had 96 wins already when they fought. Same goes for Camacho who primed in the 80's Then beat Vargas and lost after that to pretty much everyone with a name. Pacman became #1 when he dismantled Morales and Barrera and Marquez who were the monsters of that division.Who in their right mind fights Morales 3 times, Barrera twice and throws in some marquez fights in between? A Font Crawford hasn't mastered his defense nearly enough to beat Mayweather. No way! No how! Well, unless he let's Floyd get a little older. Crawford is being hyped up for the Welterweight slaughter. I like Crawford but he hasn't fought any major competition thus far. Maidana did a whole hell of a lot better than Pacquiao did. Maidana may have been dirty, but he fought his fight. He did the best that he could and at least gave the appearance that he was always in the fight. Pacquiao had 2 decent rounds in a 12 round fight. No one wants to see Pacquiao fight ANYONE .. let alone Mayweather. I understand that people want to see Mayweather go the route that Roy Jones Jr. did. Old, passed prime, caught and knocked out. Its the only reason why people would continue to play "I dare you to .." with a 40 year old Floyd. Pacquiao has been knocked out since his career began. In his last 3 divisions, he's only ever looked good because of weight manipulation clauses and targeting men coming off huge career losses. Do people who actually know boxing want to see Pacquiao again? No. To be honest, most real fans don't even want to see Floyd again. Real fans are honest enough with themselves to know that Mayweather's best years are behind him. The only reason that people are clamoring for a Mayweather return is so that he can break Marciano's historic record. Were it not for that, the interest would not be there. Not because Mayweather isn't the most skilled and dynamic fighter maybe ever .. but because any real fan or student of the game knows that no one beats Father Time. Its the significance of being in a position to do something that no other fighter has been able to do for over 60 years that has real fans looking forward to Mayweather's next fight. Manny Pacquiao brings NOTHING to the table .. and if there is a USADA drug test involved in Pacquiao's next fight, expect to see the same Manny Pacquiao you saw against Mayweather.

And Pacquiao won 2 out of 12 rounds .. never mentioned any injury until AFTER he reviewed the tape of his loss later on and then went on to say he lied on the application .. even though both Roach and Arum called him a liar. So now with all that said, I'm asking you to make a case for Pacquiao getting a second fight when there are MUCH BETTER, MUCH MORE DESERVING WELTERWEIGHTS in the 147lb division. Pacquiao literally should have never got the first fight. He didn't earn it. He didn't deserve it. He had never fought a world champion at welterweight or jr middleweight until fighting Floyd. What argument is there to be made? That's specifically what I am asking you. I would much rather see a Mayweather/Thurman or Mayweather/Khan or even a Mayweather/Brook fight. All three of those men are more accomplished above 135 than Pacquiao has ever been as those men actually fought the best in their divisions without having to dehydrate them. IDK. Bud hits harder, but he os not as quick and his movement is a little sloppy. His counters are also not as crisp, and he is a bit predictable. Floyd is also the bigger guy with more reach (Bud has never laced up at 147, so we don't know how his power will be or his speed will be at the weight). I think anything could happen, but Floyd would likely win a unanimous decision.
