That looks absolutely delicious! In my experience hotdogs can turn out plain when boiled before baking. I add a bit of bouillon, vinegar, salt and/or whichever spices I desire to the water to mitigate this.

Thanks Savor. My son will love these. I'm getting ready to make another batch of dough for your cream cheese filled garlic and parsley buns. But I'm just going to make the buns plain. I plan to cut them in half then fill them with honey BBQ shredded beef, cheese and some sauteed shallots and bell peppers. I can not wait to take that 1st bite, lol... 😋
@@tekoyamayes9094 Ooh, they came out SO good!! The 1st two times I bought the premade BBQ beef but then after that I decided to use a pork shoulder that I shredded after cooking in a crockpot. I added honey to my BBQ sauce then poured a good amount all over it. Then added the rest I mentioned above and they were even better. I know it's more work but I found that I like to pick my own meat because then I have control over how much meat vs fat I actually get, lol. Hope you give it a try... 😋

I had these for lunch today. These are amazing! I used Greek yogurt (instead of an egg) and baked for 25-30 minutes. Added shredded cheese inside and on top with sesame seeds. Incredibly fluffy and so tasty! I used American all purpose flour. For those wondering, bread flour will work; it just has a higher protein content then American all purpose flour (American all purpose flour has less protein content then Korean or Chinese flour). @@hakdoger5973 I used evaporated milk (unsweetened condensed milk). The brand is Carnation. The ratio to use evaporated milk in a recipe that calls for milk is one to one. In other words, take one can of evaporated milk and add equal amounts of water. Since I don't drink milk on a regular basis, having small cans of unsweetened milk as it is shelf stable is perfect. Whatever I don't use, I put into my coffee :) otherwise, using whole milk 3.5% is the alternative (USA standards, unsure what this milk fat content would be in other countries).
